Any obstructed view balconies on Riviera?

I'm thinking about a B4 balcony stateroom on Riviera Deck 7. Do any of these have obstructed views? Is there noise from the public areas on Deck 6 below?

No obstructions and not much noise. B4 cabins are close to elevators.  There may be some traffic. They are in convenient locations for people with mobility issues.  The first time that I was in a deck 7 cabin, I wondered about noise from deck 6.  Never heard anything.  Booked deck 7 again when available.  B3 forward or aft cabins have big verandas.

All Deck 11 cabins , on O Class ships, have restricted views. I avoid them.

We were in #7094 on Marina

If you are an early riser (I am not ) then no problem

We found if the ship was docked portside to the dock  then the ship washing equipment seemed to be under our location  the pump was noisy 

As I said if you are up and out early it probably will not bother you

Weeelll, I guess that is a matter to definition. Absolutely, if you want to look up. Out or down not really a problem. There are some that like those locations for the shade. 

 

There is one room right up by the bridge that has a large spotlight right by the balcony.

Looking at PH3 cabin #10003 on the Marina.  Is the view obstructed?  Has anyone stayed in this cabin?  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

My sister did. Very obstructed.

I usually book the B3 afts on deck 7 and never had any problems with noise or obstructed view.

Since I am allergic to sun I love those cabins..
