We hung out at the Radisson BLU until 5:30, even though the sun never came out the whole day. We had a great time eating, drinking, and swimming in the infinity pool. We never used the pools or hot tubs downstairs. The staff, especially Tracey, treated us very well. Our food and beverage bill, including tip, came out to $150, so with the $50 entrance fee the total for the day was $200. That is about the same as an all inclusive for two would cost at the Barcelo or Riu so we were happy that we came here. However, the properties right on the beach will win out, if available, the next time we are here.

The front desk happily called a cab for us, and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. Again, the fare was $16 to take us back to the pier. We are back at the Cruise Terminal…..

The Freewinds, Horizon, and the Norwegian Joy are the three ships that are here today, but only the Horizon will be leaving. The Freewinds basically lives here and the Norwegian Joy is laid up here and not sailing with passengers at this time…..

After relaxing in the cabin for a little bit, we decide to head to the Liquid Lounge for tonight’s Variety Show. Here are the instructions for the elevators. They leave out the part about pressing the button for each member of your party. No wonder the system is screwed up at times…..

He was mildly entertaining. Tonight, we did discover the perfect seats for watching shows in the Liquid Lounge. There is a high top table that seats five directly in front of the Liquid Lounge Bar. This gives you a place to set down your drinks and gives you a perfect sightline to the stage, right down the center aisle. I was hoping that Patti had a picture of this somewhere to show you, and she did, but I have to pull it up from the VIFP Party the last day. That’s me in the background…..

IMG_4090-X2.jpg

After the show we were hungry, so we went up to the Lido Marketplace for a bite to eat. Afterwards, Patti went back to the cabin to relax, and I went to the Skybox Sports Bar to have a few drinks with Lucian. I got back to the cabin around 11pm. Here is tonight’s towel creature….

People are starting to get off the ship, but we are going to wait for a while. I’m going to get a breakfast burrito from the Blue Iguana Cantina and head over to the Red Frog Rum Bar. Patti’s not hungry, so she’s going to hit the open decks and take some more pictures. She went forward on Deck 11 and got these views…..

I don't know if this post will show up, haven't been able to comment on any threads for a couple weeks. But if it does, yay for another great Jeff and Patti review!

If your problem is on your phone you may have the same issue I’ve had since last week. Try it in private mode. It’s really annoying because I have to log back in almost every time I post.

Thats an interesting beach/pool.  Very clever considering the rocky shore.

That is actually an infinity pool at the Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort which is right next door to the Rif Fort. We have some better shots which we will show in the next segment. 😎

Wow I just binge read all that. Good stuff so far Jeff. Six more weeks. All you have to do is replace your Skybox pics with Hero's bar and your Multiplex pics with the Trampoline park and you're all set with Panorama. The rest of it is the same.

Thanks Greg! Yep, in six weeks we'll all be aboard the Panorama. Can't wait. We're also going to be on the Miracle the previous week.

We were wondering why you were heading back out to the Panorama so soon. Was it because you lost touring time in LA due to your extended time on the Panorama, or did you get an offer you couldn't refuse? 😎

I just typed up the full explanation to that and it’s way longer than anything I need to be posting on your thread. I’m keeping it for my review though. Short answer combo of the two weeks I could do it and the price. I had breeze or panorama to choose from. I’m going to have more OBC than I could spend on a 5 day breeze cruise. And panorama’s still a new ship. It’s only done a few cruises since I got off. I’m going to need to watch a saints Monday night game there and the hero’s bar is a better spot than the breeze casino or red frog pub.
