I stopped by the post office on lunch and filled out my mail hold card. I do both online and in person because I’ve had problems in the past. They have done good on my last two cruises though.

My dealership uses Lyft to give you rides to and from the dealership. I was leaving feedback for my two rides today. First one I hit 5 stars and submit. Second one I hit 5 stars and submit. But I noticed the 5 stars didn’t register so I gave her a 0 star feedback. I went into the app and went to leave feedback but the only options they have are negative feedback options. Oops. I guess I’ll just have to leave it as it is.

I highly recommend the Whataburger patty melt add grilled jalapeños. I only get it in the restaurant because that toast can get soggy if you let it sit wrapped up too long.

And if you’re on a low carb diet, get it without the bread and eat it with a fork. Very good.

The last time I was on Vista in 2019 I went to Dunn's River Falls. I purchased a special phone pouch made by IF Case for that..it was waterproof and floated on water. It worked good. When I returned from the trip I left the case in my bag. I guess I left the clips open and at some point one of the clips broke off so I had to threw it away. I repurposed the lanyard that came with it as one of my mask lanyards.

When I went to Mexico earlier this year I bought a different waterproof pouch. I wanted a smaller one so I bought one that didn't float...It was made by Joto. When I took my phone in the pool at Barcelo Maya Riviera, I got a message that my charging port detected water. I had to let my phone sit for hours while it dried. So this time I'm going back to my IF Case. I just remembered to order it. It's supposed to be here Friday so I hope it makes it in time. If not, I won't be taking my phone in the water in Roatan.

Are you taking it in the water to keep it safe?  If so, you might want to consider a KYSS bag (Keep Your Stuff Safe).  I have a medium size tote bag, but it comes in a backpack version.  It has two heavy duty zippers with large tabs, and a combination lock on a heavy chain.  I run the chain through the frames of two lounge chairs and lock the zipper tabs together. No more concern about anything being stolen.

To keep it safe and because I can sometimes get good pictures from the water.

At my old job we had something called an angel tree. This was where employees who had financial issues could list things their kids wanted or needed for Christmas and another employee could grab the tag off of the tree and purchase the items for them.

I started out buying for a boy and a girl. But I had to walk by that tree every day and what bothered me was approaching the last day and still having tags on the tree. I started waiting until the last day and grabbing all remaining tags to make sure they got something. Maybe not everything but something.

My current workplace doesn’t have this program but the Salvation Army puts angel trees in the malls. After work I’m going by a mall to check the trees…If there are any tags left I’m going shopping.

Did you grab the extra ketchups for the cruise?

You can customize. You can get it without the onions.

Yeah, I know. I've been eating at those restaurants since like 1972. Patty melt just doesn't do anything for me. Different strokes for different folks.

That was the ONLY negative of our Havana Experience on the Panorama. Karaoke every evening between 5 and 7. :classic_sad:

Then again, that chased us over to the Alchemy Bar. Maybe it wasn't such a bad thing! :classic_biggrin:

Yeah 5-7 wouldn’t be bad. I’d be at a bar or dinner or an early comedy show. I would’ve thought they’d have it more 7-11.
