Enchantment Interior Cabin

Recommended Posts

Can someone suggest a good midship interior cabin that does NOT have the entrance door on the side wall?   Preferably one of the newer cabins with the little sofa/chair against the wall.  I'm looking specifically at 4063 or 4067.  There is a little space between them, and wondering what that is?  Also any comments about the ones in the grouping 4075-4575? Is there a way to tell which cabins are the newer ones added after the stretch?

Thanks!

This past February, we were in 4067.   Cabin was quiet and we would book it again. The space , I think is supply room just don't remember. Never heard any noise from there.  Around midnight, I used to hear what sounded like something huge being dropped on above floor. We think it was coming from Boleros.  That was the only times we had any noise for a short time.

We actually have 4075 booked for next year and all the cabins in the group have the same layout as the ones in the main corridor.

If you want to see cabin layout, try the public site on cruisedeckplans dot com You can actually click on some of the photos of cabins

That's too close to being under Boleros for me.  I was once assigned 4583 - ARRRRGGGGGGHHHHH is all I can say!

I was on Enchantment in March.  While scouting the area for @death_star, I noticed that on both sides, when you pass the doors of the Atrium, get to about the first complete hallway around room 4057 and 4075 on both sides, I noticed a strong sewage smell.  It did fade as i walked further down towards the forward elevators.

Was the noise in that area day and night? Was it hard to sleep?

Night.  The bass from the stage was INSANE.  I am a night owl, but it went on even later than I wanted to be up.

I don't know why they think the music needs to be heard across the entire ship ?????

I was in Boleros and it was hurting my ears, so I turned my hearing aids OFF ... it was still louder than it needed to be ... and I am basically deaf with my aids turned off.

And the music in the Centrum (deck 4) is painfully loud on deck 10

Thanks for all the input.  I think maybe we're better off just staying with the "sideways" cabin on Deck 7 midship.  I just hate that darn chair that can't go against the wall because the door is there, and it always gets in the way.

Thanks! I booked pretty late so my options were limited. I was at the edge of Boleros and now I’m under the edge of the casino. I wouldn’t enjoy the base thumping from Boleros, but I think I can handle a little noise now and then from the casino.
