I assume the OBC from a CWC price drop will show up on your planner to pre purchase stuff?

We received some last week.  They will tell you that it takes 14 days to process.   It showed up in 3 days.  When it shows up in your planner you will be able to pre purchase stuff.  This is our 3rd cruise to receive the OBC.

The price drop OBC is non refundable which seems odd as if you get a price drop before final payment you get the cash back.

The OBC is given for price drops after final payment date. Before final you would get a refund

Even though it says non refundable it is easy enough to take it out at the casino.

I think they are cracking down on that! I took out $100, played 2 spins, and cashed out. When I went back the next day my card had been locked and I was unable to do another transfer….

They could see I hadn’t played…. Said I had to play (aka lose) at least 50% of the sum I was trying to withdrawal. So in future withdraw the whole sum in one go.

Thanks for the heads up

I think some have mentioned it may take more than a day to reset the ability to cash out OBC.

That's a big change if it goes fleet wide. Hopefully not.

Things might of changed or it may of been because I messed up in a good way.  On Symphony last October I had about $900 of on board credit left.  It was my first time doing the transfer on a slot so I transferred the $500 limit but could not see the transfer so I tried it again and when I figured out I needed to open my new casino account there was both transfers.  I did 1 spin and cashed out.  I may of avoided the delay because both transfers were within minutes.

Don't tell Royal but I was okay with paying the 3% vig to take it out at the casino window😇

When we were on Explorer early April I had about $475 to get out.  Took $300 the 2nd night (played one slot pull), then the 4th night got the rest of it.  So probably need to wait a day in between to get it all out.  But it was super easy to do.

I bet I was charged the 3%.  I did one spin and cashed out $990.60. $9.40 would be an odd loss on 1 spin.
