Guatemala Reservation Center

I called RCCL 3 time recently and the Call Center was in Guatemala (I asked them).  Very nice people, but weak on their language and comprehension skills.  Any other countries you have encountered?

I've spoken to the ones in Guatemala a few times and have been very impressed...they couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful !

I have had zero luck with the few times I have tried changing things thru them.  Makes me very happy that most of my bookings are now with a TA

Never cared to ask. I’ve called and heard cars with no mufflers roaring by, dishes banging in the background, roosters crowing, kids screaming, etc. No doubt a third world country somewhere. 
I’m usually glad just to get all the way through the call without being disconnected and being able to understand the representative.

I got someone there but she spoke english like she was usa. Only reason I knew where she was she told me. I enjoyed talking to her.

 

I was trying to buy that Panama excursion ... she couldnt either and opened a ticket. Never heard back.
