Is it just me, or does anyone else think of this as "Goop"?  Every time I see a goop thread or comment I can't help but wonder why they named it that, and how they got around the trademark of this.

We were on a BA flight from Venice about 6 years ago with some friends. Our flight was delayed about  an hour or so, with us all sitting in the hot plane. Then Gwendth and her family all sat down 2 rows ahead of us,  so the delay was just waiting  apparently for them. They got off in London, and were escorted off the plane to a private plane.

 

I think a lot of people on that flight missed connections.

😆This is the only Goop I recognize! It's great stuff, and I used it as a laundry pretreat to get the stains out of my culinary school uniforms almost 25 years ago.

Unless the courts think people are likely to be confused, use of a name is often product type specific. This Goop has use of the name for hand cleaning products, the other Goop has it for skin care preparations, cleansers, lotions, etc.

I would think about it but the last time we discussed this (!!!), it was mentioned that she doesn't teach any of the classes.  She has assistants doing it all.
