Just got the call back after submitting my request last night and booked Beyond for Dec 4th so now we have the caribbean in December on Beyond and Mexican Riviera on Solstice in february.  Total cost for 2 cruises for 2 people in balcony cabins a little over $600.  I'll rearrange my schedule every time for that deal.

Don't forget about gratuities. Another $100 or so per sailing for each passenger.

Hoping to get an offer, too!  I wonder if the offers get sent out in stages depending upon how many accept them.  We are taking a ten day Mediterranean in October, but I would love to take another in mid November!!

Once you submit your date preference and continue, what kind of cash are you actually paying out of your own pocket ? I take it this is for cruise only with no All Included?

We paid $324- taxes and fees only for 7 nights on Apex. Cruise Only.

We got the Mexican offer and booked but payment not due yet. We live in S.C and not sure if we will go since cost to fly to CA

What payment are you referring to?  Only cost is port charges and taxes and you have to pay that when you book.  It is refundable if you cancel.  Only other charge is tips, which you pay onboard.

Our confirmation from Celebrity is dated 14 AUG 2022 and total charges for Taxes, fees and port expenses is $316.56. It also indicates that deposit of $500.00 is due by 18 JAN 2023. This is probably just standard wording. Also says that final payment is due by 18 JAN 2023. Much rather have the Blue Chip offer leaving from Florida. Just wonder if I had not taken the Calif offer would I have gotten the one from Florida.

My mom received the Calif offer but didn't take advantage of it. She just received the offer for the one from Florida.

I received the CA offer, but, didn't take advantage of it.  I am hoping to receive the Florida offer.  So far, nothing.

So I got and took the offer for the Mexican Riviera and then yesterday I got the offer for the caribbean blue chip offer.   Are they really going to give me 2 free cruises? I sent in the choices last night so we will see what happens.

I got them both! So cool! Very happy.

Called Blue Chip Club yesterday. WE were informed the offers are based not only on the amount played in the casino on board ship but also on amount played at other casinos associated with Blue Chip Club. We play everyday onboard (lots of $$). The most they will offer us is 60% off a cruise. They also stated the offer is not available for the Beyond or holiday sailings. I am seeing on here posts that  contradict what we were told. Not sure what to believe.

I think that is highly unlikely unless you specifically enrolled to a marketing agreement such as tying your MGM and Cruise accounts or request a particular offer with a host broker such as URcomped. Even then it's extremely unlikely they'd constantly exchange players data given today's strict data protection laws.

I learned that whatever BCC tell you is like telling a goodnight story to a child, 5% of it is true and the rest made up on the spot, these agents are just winging it and don't have the slightest clue.

That’s great you all got free cruises. Enjoy!

We got the Riviera offer and not the Caribbean one. When did you all get the Caribbean one?

Just a quick other question. Do they send you a 1099 form for the value of the cruise that you need to claim on taxes or is that just if you win a cruise?

You won't get a 1099.  They have a basic charge for the cruise and then a discount.   My cruise fare was $70pp then discounted $70pp.   My husband's cruise offer fare was $1pp then discounted.

So true.   I've had excellent customer service from Angela and Emma.   Both of them moved me to a cabin of my choice on both of my booked cruises.   Both were friendly, helpful, and a joy to work with.

I had called last weekend and a gentleman told me I could not move my cabin to a Sunset Veranda.  He was kind of rude about it.   Snarked that I had a complimentary cabin.   I was insistent that it is allowed (I was told this on my other booking) and asked him to check with his supervisor.   He put me on hold and then said he would call me back.  Never did.

I called again yesterday and made the cabin change with no issue.  Not only that, Emma was super helpful pricing out All inclusive and al a carte on drinks, tips, etc.   A world of difference in customer service.  She reminded me I get a 15% BCC discount on drink packages and to call when I was ready to book the package for my Feb cruise.
