Dial Crown and Anchor number and then hit 9 while the prompts are being listed.  That takes you to D+ queue.

If the entire category is sold out they won't see any rooms.  If the website is showing cabins they may have access to others as the website does not always list all available.

It's the ecact same reps.  Hitting 9 just puts you in priority queue.

 

Roysl did away with the dedicated D+ reps many years ago.  Back then, you did get better reps thsg were more knowledgeable

Ahhhh, well that answers a lot of questions.  I was wondering why the rep I asked to check a price and include the DP340 (C&A) promo code had never heard of it.
