Exclusive access to call center staff for Diamond Plus

Can anyone provide me with info on this C&A benefit? Can they help you make reservations with any greater effectiveness than the regular call center?

You can find C&A benefits by a simple google. Here are numbers if you need help with reservations. Also, there are many new reps, so be prepared on any answers you are looking for.

Dial Crown and Anchor number and then hit 9 while the prompts are being listed.  That takes you to D+ queue.

It is the same call center. You might get your call picked up a bit faster. Same reps.

IMO, they answer the call faster, but not sure they are that much more knowledgeable. Yes, they can book cruises for you.

Thanks for the replies. I was just curious if they might have access to, let's say, balcony cabins that might be available even when the website shows them all booked.

If the entire category is sold out they won't see any rooms.  If the website is showing cabins they may have access to others as the website does not always list all available.

It's the ecact same reps.  Hitting 9 just puts you in priority queue.

 

Roysl did away with the dedicated D+ reps many years ago.  Back then, you did get better reps thsg were more knowledgeable

Ahhhh, well that answers a lot of questions.  I was wondering why the rep I asked to check a price and include the DP340 (C&A) promo code had never heard of it.

Lately I found the normal Royal CS to be as fast as the d+ desk. 
Tha best I found is the Royale Casino desk.
