How do we go about collecting our PERKS for being platinum

I know I saw this somewhere on here a while back, but I have searched and cant' find it.  I know about laundry, and that we have to go to the Casino Desk to get our $25 credit.   But how about the other things?  Where do we go to claim them?  Thanks in advance.  I promise, this time, I'll actually write them down.

Once you get into your room, there is a card with a QR code on it.  If you scan that code and open the document on your phone, it will tell you exactly where to go to get what.

 

Generally, the water is now either in your room or you can get it from a bar.

 

Pins, etc. are at the photo place.

Please visit our Photo Gallery to claim your Carnival logo gift and your Carnival ship pin.  We encourage you to claim your gifts no later than two days prior to the end of your cruise.

We also want you to know that given our focus on meeting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) requirements and implementation of new health and safety protocols, we will need to adjust how we deliver some of the VIFP priority benefits, as follows:
  • ONLINE CHECK-IN – All guests will be required to complete Online Check-In, which will open 14 days prior to sailing.  Platinum and Diamond guests will be given 48 hours advance access to select their preferred Arrival Appointment. Please visit My Cruise Manager on Carnival.com starting at 16 days prior to sailing to complete your Online Check-In and select the Arrival Appointment that works best for your plans. 
Due to additional embarkation day processes, all guests will have to arrive promptly at their Arrival Appointment.  Regrettably, we cannot accommodate any early arrivals and guests will be turned away and asked to return at their assigned time. 
 
  • STATEROOM ACCESS – Due to enhanced cleaning and sanitation, staterooms may not be ready at the time of boarding for the early Arrival Appointments.   If you have not checked your bags, feel free to quickly drop off your luggage while our crew puts the finishing touches on your stateroom.  This will allow you to complete your e-mustering process and start your vacation promptly.
 
  • WATER SHUTTLE PRIORITY – Priority water shuttle debark will be provided subject to local guidance at the destinations we visit, which may change without prior notice.  Our team on board will keep you informed of the debarkation plans for each port.
 
  • CASINO – Although we are currently unable to host casino tournaments on board, you will be given US$25 in Casino FunPlay®, in addition to any other FunPlay® you might be entitled to as part of your booking.
 
  • DEBARK – We will do our best to offer priority debarkation, however, this may not be possible if we have unusually high numbers of Platinum and Diamond guest on board.

Don't count on the QR code working or Guest Services to help. (didn't for us this past weekend)

Find out which perks you want pre-cruise and find out where to get those.

 

No water in the room and we never got ours.

I knew to go to the casino and we got our $25 cash the night before we debarked.

Knew to go to pixels and got our "gift" (koozie) and pin.

 

If there was anything else we wouldn't know and received no assistance from Guest Services.

Only other things I can think of are the Chocolate Delights plate that can be ordered through room service, and on the Mardi Gras, a free drink is added to your card on the day of the Diamond and  Platinum party.

Seaday brunch is technically seaday breakfast since they now stop at 1159 am instead of 1:00 pm.

I've also read reports that some have been able to redeem their free brunch drink at the atrium bar, on some ships.

One per person (assuming both are diamond or platinum).  Don't be surprised if room service says they are out of chocolate delights and offers you cookies.   They're the same cookies that you can grab at the buffet.

I just got off the Legend last week and they never sent me the chocolate strawberries, delight, etc. whatsoever.  And the gift was a fanny pack at the photo/pixels desk.  Didn't even go and collect it.

I am hoping to redeem ours at the atrium bar on our 2 European cruises.  Out of the 19 days onboard there are only 4 sea days.  15 days in port with no Sea Day B.  And it's a ship loaded with Platinum and Diamond cruisers.  Getting into the Sea Day Brunch will probably be difficult.  Only 2 opportunities per cruise.
