Ok Thanks...I guess there not doing paper copys anymore!..Do you recommend the UDP for the Allure?

Thanks

I did the three night package on the Liberty and didn't like it but food is so subjective, it's hard for me to advise! I wouldn't buy it personally but I also would advise to go to the MDR as much as possible instead of buffet

Sorry for the late response. Voom surf and stream has been a joke. Going to guest services tomorrow to talk to them about it and I usually would never complain. Not sure if they will do anything since starlink is coming but it's robbery to charge someone 26 a day for these speed. Doesn't even work half the time

We had a fab day in Aruba. We did the Red Sail catamaran to the shipwreck and it was great. We then had some Dutch pancakes, lost a few dollars at the casino across the street, bought some crappy souvenirs, got back in the ship at 445

we didn't make it to our 515 dinner, but went to the windjammer at 630. I have been severely disappointed in the WJ. Terrible selection, very small buffet. I think the one on the Liberty was bigger and at the time I thought that one was small! We will def make our dinner time tomorrow. I mean, I don't wanna complain tooooo much as my clothes are fitting MUCH tighter but Royal has the up the game with their food. NCL is Michelin star quality compared to what I've had onboard Royal lately. It's not a deal breaker for me when cruising but it might be for some

I was going to go to the aqua show again but it was cancelled. Stormy now outside.

I won at least 300 in the casino tonight so I beelined out of there...very Smokey but the casino bartenders were in a good mood today and one of them even smiled at me, I was shooketh 😂

Hopefully these photos upload correctly

the picture of me with the staff member is also named Aubrey! He heard my name being called for my morning coffee order and came over to say hello! We both were named after the song called "Aubrey" by Bread.

I have done sabor on Liberty a few weeks ago. I haven't done Samba, but I have down something similar on NCL. I had the meat sweats so bad afterward, definitely won't do a Brazilian steakhouse for a while but I'm sure it's worth a try. Sabor on Liberty was ok, nothing to write home about

Omg that happened to me to after the Brazilian restaurant on NCL! I didn’t even know that was a thing and didn’t even think I ate that much. I’ll never do that again!

This is an "out of nowhere" question, and I understand if you don't know the answer. We will be sailing on Allure in March, and we are wondering how the captain parks the ship. Will he (or she) park with the starboard side next to the ports? Or will she be parked on the portside? We were portside on our Harmony and never saw a port from our balcony. We were portside.

Thanks for any information you can give us.

We were on Allure last week. We had the early dining in MDR deck 3 at 5:15 pm. Most nights, we finished between 6:30 and 6:45 and there was always a huge line; actually 2 lines, one for reservation guests and one for walkups. We usually eat at home between 6:30-7pm, but we like having no wait line, so we eat early and go to the earlier shows.

We asked our cabin attendant for paper Cruise Compass and got it every night.

We ate in Windjammer everyday but one for breakfast and everyday for lunch. Solarium Bistro is a great breakfast choice if you are having eggs cooked to order(less wait, hotter eggs). We were very satisfied with our food choices. We ate in MDR 4 nights and Chops once and Samba Grill once. Chops is lovely as always, but we were very glad we used our D+ bogo as it's now $65/per person. We used our 2nd BOGO for Samba Grill. Samba is a great value at $41.99/person regular price and the BOGO made it a deal.

This depends on the port and the Captain but go with your prior experience as the default.

Wow $65!  On Explorer a few weeks ago we were shocked to see that Chops was $58.

I didn't know it was a thing either. 😳 I just looked it up.  I am surprised I have never heard of it.  They say it doesn't hit everyone right away.  Might be why at times we wake up sweating.

We did the Cas Abao Scenic drive and beach yesterday. Was a pretty wet beach day but the water was great and saw some cool fish snorkeling off the beach. We stopped at Nena Sanchez art gallery and I bought a 10.00 print for my office at home. We had lunch at the beach and it was ok...basically 10-15.00 a meal, 15.00 or so a drink.

Won some money in the casino, stayed too long and lost it haha 😆

idk how he "overheard" my room number but they have been asking for it a lot for different stuff. I will only write it down now, people are so disappointing

I would thank the individual for letting me know they overheard  my room number, be aware, and continue to realize I’m on a cruise ship, and it’s absolutely no big deal. People advertise their room numbers before they even go on the cruise (asking if anyone has stayed there, is it noisy, etc)…and again, no big deal.

I’m a vigilant individual, and this isn’t even on the radar screen.

We've been having problems with the internet also. On one minute, off the next. All in all it's been a wonderful cruise and it appears as though we've sailed cleared of the rain finally. Guess it's time to crawl out of this cabin and enjoy these two sea days.  Happy cruising.

There was a little bit of a sinister vibe/insinuation.
