Any idea of cost?

I was trying to edit that in from PC and it told me I had timed out. 😱

No idea, sorry. Thought I took a picture of the store front. But can't find it.

https://bermudarentalcar.com/

looks like $150 per day for little one, and $200 per day for the other one

I'm back on phone now. Not sure I like using PC with phone attached.

FWIW, the Dockyards is kinda like Falmouth,  but with real buildings, more to do,  and more interesting shops and restaurants

But they do have a Diamond's International 🤣

The dockyards was far less developed when I was there. Ships at that time were still docking at St. George and Hamilton. Though there were shops and things to do at the dockyards it didn't seem all that commercial.

I'll cover it coming up, but Dockyards has ferry port, bus line, restaurants, beach (for fee), museums, shops, bars/pubs. 90%+ housed in original British buildings

Things are a little on the pricey side

Map, obviously not all shops or restaurants are listed

One thing I will comment on is a std theme across Royal Caribbean, and likely every cruise line

If and when they have port talks, they never really explain how to get the most of the local transportation, location of nearby attractions, etc.  All they want to share is how to spend money in shops. Their shops.

Obviously this is a ploy to steer you towards their shore excursions

I'm anticipating a major information disappointment on the World Cruise

I recall being in Crete or Cyprus years ago, and they never let us know their was a free shuttle into town operated by the local government.

This hybrid approach isn't working.

Need to move photos to PC then post or go back tobjust using phone.

Definetely need a better system in place before UWC.

I am looking at replacing PC soon. My old Dell is about 7 years old. This discussion can carry over to the Bella thread if y'all don't mind.

I just purchased a new Dell. My previous one was about 10 years old. American Express is offering a great cash back offer right now if you purchase a Dell on-line.

Back to departure day

Left cabin just after 7 and headed up to Chops for final breakfast. Starboard elevator lobby was closed and the port side one was full of folks with luggage wanting to depart.

Kind of a log jam, but not unexpected. Kind of shamed folks into not going up to go down, and our wait wasn't bad.

Breakfast was nice, had my first Eggs Benedict. Said farewell to some Pinnacle friends and left around 8am

No elevator wait outside WJ, and pretty much walked right off ship. Grabbed luggage, went thru face scanner and off ship at 8:15

Called Jerry, and he was there in 20 minutes. Easy and cheap. Sorry I didn't investigate the garage parking situation. I do think they use a pay before you get to car like a hospital.

You paid as you left the garage.  Our total was around 187 for the  days.

Visited with Linda and Jerry for a few hours, went to a Dr appointment, then had Lunch with Maria.

Good end to a great week

This is a good substitute for Newcastle. Made in Jacksonville.  Cocoa Beach Publix carries it.

Thnx. Thought I saw signs saying pay before you get to your car. But this is as we entered the terminal last week.
