What time is the Lido Market open?

What time are they open and what time will they start turning away guests?

 

Do they ever run out of certain dishes late into the service?

From my experience hot breakfast starts at 6:30 or 7:00am depending on whether it's a day arriving early into port.  I believe they close at 8pm (and reopen for an hour at 10:30pm).  I've never been there at the end of a meal period but would hope they'd keep producing menu items up til the end.

Does the app show the menu for late night snack? Is it the same as the dinner menu?

Just shows Breakfast Lunch Dinner menus.

Opening can be earlier, depending on when they arrive in port, and certainly will open by 6am on the final morning of the cruise.

Lunch and dinner menus change daily. Breakfast here on Nieuw Amsterdam closes at 10am. There is another late night limited service at 10:30 to 11:30 pm. A lot of crew eat then.

My #1 pet peeve with HAL is their goofy Lido hours.  On the Noordam recently, I had an exasperated talk with the manager about it, and he seemed to understand the situation.
