We'll be cruising on the Summit in a few weeks I have some questions for you terrific cruisers.

- We booked the Blue Lagoon beach day.  Are we allowed to bring our own water/snacks along?

- We have the drink package, will they just give us a bottle of water unopened?

- Can I bring my own water onboard?

- On the island where do I get a towel or do I take one from the ship?

any other hints/tips you have please send them!  Thanks

Places like Blue Lagoon typically say you can’t bring in your own food, but no one has ever checked our bags.

You can get closed cans of water as part of your drink package. On port days there is often a person just before leaving the ship with water.

At this time Celebrity does allow passengers to bring water onboard. We once brought on a case of Pellegrino.

Your cabin attendant will leave beach towel in your cabin the night before port days. You can take these off ship. Be sure to return the towel to your cabin so you don’t get a purchase charge for a missing towel.

for food , keep in mind that many countries do not allow food so take pre packaged snacks.. no fruits , meat etc.

Thanks!  Living in the dry west we carry water everywhere- it’s habitual!

We also live in the drought west but don't find the need to carry water everywhere. When working in the yard in the 90+ plus degree heat in the summer I always have water nearby to stay hydrated. Other than that...
