Zaandam, Nieuw Amsterdam and Rotterdam on February 4, 2023

I'm in the middle of flights, am at JFK, and my laptop won't connect to wifi!! So, this will be a sailaway post without itinerary photos. ..

 

What a treat for sailaway addicts...3 BHBs in Port Everglades! ms Zaandam will be at pier 21 from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm and she is leaving on a 14 day Panama Canal transit. ms Nieuw Statendam is at pier 26 from 7 am to 4 pm and she is sailing on a 7 day Eastern Caribbean. ms Rotterdam will be at  pier 19 from 7:00 am to 3:49 pm She is sailing on an 11 day Southern Carribean Wayfarer.

 

Also in port is Harmony of the Seas at pier 18 (5:00 am - 4:30 pm, Celebrity Apex at pier 25 (6:00 am - 3:30 pm) and Sky Princess is at pier 2 (6:00am - 3:30 pm)

Only the smallest ship - Zaandam won't be boxed in.  Rotterdam will probably have to wait for either Zaandam or Harmony otS to move first. NA will have the usual oversized, ugly X ship blocking at pier 25. But they have been getting away on time more often lately. Thank goodness - it will be a busy day.

Hello all, anyone know where the webcam is?  We're on the Eurodam in February, and I'm just wondering where in the port area the camera is placed.  Thanks, Karen

As you sail out the camera will be on your port side in the apartment building.

The kids didn’t have me up too early this morning so missed the Rotterdam coming into port.  The NS does look nice coming into port.

Port schedule saying Zaandam leaving at 3 pm [has no blockers]

 

NA leaving at 4 pm  [X Apex scheduled for 3:30 pm]

 

and Rotterdam leaving at 4:15 pm [with Zaandam already gone she should be able to leave pier 19 when ready.]

 

None of these are confirmed but this has been the approximate times the last few weeks.

I see I have the wrong 'Nieuw' ship - It is Statendam instead of Amsterdam. The title is wrong, but the thread text is correct. lol

 

Anyway Nieuw Statendam at pier 26 is confirmed for  4 pm now. A race between the 2 Pinnacle ships??
