Sadly this is the last day of the cruise.  We have Pink 2 luggage tags and should be in the first independent group to disembark that will collect bags in the terminal.

Last night at the MTG Cocktail Party (which was great btw) the Guest Services Director told us that there are just over 100 passengers staying onboard for the following 6 day cruise to Vancouver.  They will be embarking 1,800+ new passengers tomorrow in San Pedro.

I'm off to the Fitness center for my last onboard workout!  😔

Super thread Raffy! Best regards and get home safely!

Until next time!

Thanks for the detailed review of your cruise. I have enjoyed reading it. My husband and will be getting on tomorrow and are very excited. Do you know what dining room will be serving embarkation lunch ?

For those joining tomorrow, make sure to check out the Serendipity Duo.  They usually play in the Wheelhouse.  They are fantastic!

Our Savoy MDR crew, Annie (Waiter) and Don (Jr Waiter).  Don is going home tomorrow and is so excited to see his wife.  Annie is going home right after the drydock.

The disembarkation was a breeze!  We had a meet time of 7:50 in the Wheelhouse.  They called our Pink 2 tags at 7:45 and by 8:00 we were curbside.

We are almost home!

Thank you all for following along! Until the next time (July 6th, Emerald Princess, 16 day Hawaii).

Thanks to everyone who provided so much info while I was planning my holiday. I booked an Uber from the Holiday Inn LAX to the ship, it was my first time using Uber, it arrived within 2 minutes and we were dropped off by 11.35am, it only cost $33.

I was expecting to be queuing for ages as we were group G but we walked straight through security, checked in and collected our medallions and walked straight on and were seated in Crooners within 15 mins of being dropped off. Well impressed.

Well,  I'm home.  This was a wonderful cruise.  I was in a suite for the first time in 4 years and forgot how wonderful it is.  Breakfast at Sabatinis was the best.  Next day laundry.  The room service speed was remarkable.  We enjoyed all the ports, our day in the Sanctuary,  the service all over the ship was so good.  The casino was boring and in 18 days,  I only saw one hand pay (not that I was there all 18 days). The 6 day land tour to Machu Picchu before boarding in Chile was worth every penny.  5 star hotels,  great travel companions,  memories to never be forgotten. We did the Venice and Santa Monica debark excursion since we had a late flight.  Beautiful day to go to the beach. Flight out of LA delayed.  Connection in Phoenix delayed.  Stumbled into our house about 1:15 am. A trip of a lifetime.
