Shouldn't my Set Sail Pass have SUITE on it?

I wonder if Royal is changing that now since, as many have said, the employees as the Suite entrance, have the ability to scan passes now.  Previously not all entrances had scanners, so maybe they are outfitting them all now with scanners, so no need to visually check on the pass itself.  Plus it is really easy to photoshop a set sail pass, to cut and paste the suite designation to/from another pass you kept with the suite designation and put it on another pass.  The same can be said with check-in times.  With only visual confirmation there is no way for them to know if it is accurate or not, but with scanners, that cannot be faked.

 

With that being said, I still always carry my final booking invoice with me, just in case there are any issues with that and/or at check-in.

Gold - Gold Set Sail Pass

Platinum - Gray Set Sail Pass

Emerald - Light Green Set Sail Pass

Diamond - Light Blue Set Sail Pass

Diamond Plus - Purple Set Sail Pass

Pinnacle - Someone help me out on that one as I have not reached that level to see 😁. Probably blue like the Crown and Anchor Pinnacle badge

I noticed my Set Sail Pass(es) changed and no longer reflect either that I am in a Suite nor that I am Masters. This change occurred during my March 4-11 Harmony cruise - the statuses were  on my 2 future cruises that have the SSP available prior to the Harmony cruise, then gone during that time period. I've talked to guest services, concierge and casino host on Harmony and on Odyssey with nobody knowing why. The Odyssey concierge had to print a new key card for me because the one that came with the cabin did not show Masters so I was unable to book Coastal Kitchen until he took care of that. My name did appear on a hand printed list for Harmony and Odyssey at the Masters luncheon on embark day.

What is the Masters Luncheon on Embark day ?

I think they are referring to the Casino Loyalty/Club Royale Rewards Program from my understanding but I could be wrong

Luggage tags typically have the lowest C&A level in the cabin. But the Crown and Anchor level on the luggage tag has no bearing on how the luggage is handled. I didn't think they were still putting that on the luggage tag, it wasn't on mine last month.

Set sail pass has dark blue on the left. The badges are gold.

It's a little confusing at times.  The Gold C&A level is the first level in C&A.  This has no relation to the color of the card Pinnacle's, the current high level in C&A, typically receive, which is gold in color.

 

Looking at the above...it's still confusing.  😉

It now shows suite class on the app, but the website is being wonky and shows I have 0 cruises booked when in reality, there should be 7 showing.  Sigh.

 

ETA, my cruises showed up but the site is reallllllly slow.

Maybe they are doing updates as I type to resolve the issue

Try again 

The old ones for us were totally purple (D+)

Now only a purple banner at top indicating D+
 

Anyone else been successful seeing the new Set sail passes?

I logged out and back in and now the app won't show me my set sail pass. 😞 The set sail pass in my apple wallet updated automatically though and shows sky class, which it didn't before.  The "RR" for refreshment package has moved to a packages section that wasn't there before.
