Layover in paris

Need a little help from experienced cruisers.  Going from Boston to Barcelona probably using ezair layover in Paris 1hr 25 min

i know princess recommend 1.30

Ive never been abroad is that enough time to catch next flight( of course assuming first plane leaves on time)

CDG is a very busy and large airport.  We were on a two hour layover and it was very tight.  This was pre-Covid, so I’m not sure if it’s better now or then.

My son and I had a 2 hour window back in May of 2018 with a change of terminal going from Air France to Iceland Air.  We barely made it with no missteps along the way.

Ask in the Cruise Air forum, but provide more details. Which carriers,  and are you booked on a single ticket ?

If you are transferring in the same terminal, 60 minutes is the minimum connecting time, 90 minutes  if transferring to a different terminal.

But, regardless, this  is a very tight connection, and CdG is a pig of an airport. I would want  at least an extra hour to make the connection.

Be sure to pack a change of underwear in your carry on. Your luggage might not make it!

I didn’t realize that there was an air forum on cc thanks for the tip.

I will go back and modify this trip.

both segments were Air France but now you got me very nervous I’ll look to switch

Believe this is tight. Remember that you will have to clear customs and immigration upon arrival. Also suggest you determine arrival & departure terminals before you book and the way to travel between them.

Personal experience tells me that this is way too tight.  We missed a connection and Air France had to put us up in an airport hotel. Thankfully, it was on the back end after our cruise!

we arrive or depart at CDG 3-4 times a year.....we were there just last week.

No way that is enough time .....CDG gets a bad sometimes, its just BIG.

I wouldn't go any less than 2 hours layover in CDG. Multiple times in that airport, I've learned my lesson 😄

Thanks everyone! That’s why I love coming here because I know I can get the right answer fast. I was a little nervous, because I never flew international and I thought that was gonna be tight.

My cruise is not until August. Flights are able to be canceled and rebooked so that’s what I’ll do tonight. Thank you so much everyone I really appreciate it.
