Health Assessment Info

Leaving Sunday on the Nieuw Amsterdam.  Tried to find the health assessment info form to complete.  Finally called HAL and was told they have now gone back to the old way of doing this at the port.  All other documents for check in have been completed.  Can anyone confirm this information?  Thanks!

I leave Saturday and can't find the health assessment either. It shows my check-in is complete on the app.

Had this same problem yesterday when I tried to do the health questionnaire.  It no longer came up at the end of the check in.  Made two calls, and was told it didn’t have to be done anymore prior to sailing.

You all act disappointed that HAL has gotten rid of it, as if letting passengers affirm their own health status was meaningful….

Sounds like the embarkation day check-in will just take a bit longer to get through.

Yes, this was reported on my roll call which sails on April 15th.

Because every single passenger would have to be asked and the check-in agent will have to acknowledge the (correct) answer on their check-in tablet.  The system needs the correct answer to continue with the embarkation process.

Every time HAL (or any company for that matter) tries to idiot-proof things, someone comes up with a better idiot.
