Diamond drinks

My wife and I are going on the Serenade of the Seas in a couple of months. I do not drink alcohol but my wife does. Will they allow me to use my four drinks a day for diamond status to get drinks for my wife? Otherwise I will buy her a drink package. If she needs a drink package, I will call Royal to pay for it because the last time we cruised I had to tell them I don’t drink alcohol. They did make me buy the refreshment package though, which was fine. Thanks for your input.

This has been the nice thing about vouchers, is you can share, even with strangers. Remember, the vouchers also include other things besides alcohol, that you can use them on.

On our last cruise I was getting a nightcap and was told I used my vouchers, I had him check and he saw my wife still had a couple so I wasn’t charged.

Make sure your wife's status is connected to your C&A account.  She will the  be Diamond as well.

Yes, I have done it many times. DW will only use two vouchers a day.  I use her other two.  When my diamond vouchers are used up most times if the bartender was familiar with me he would even ask.  He'd just start using DW's.

You don't need to be connected on your accounts if you're already both Diamond. That would only be if one side of the relationship is Diamond and the other is a lower tier.

You can use each others two for one coupons and 20% Diamond discounts to buy a number of sodas and other drinks at a discount.

As everyone else has said, they don't care who the drinks are for. Just give them a card and as long as there are vouchers available, they just mark them off. There were days I have used all 8 of the vouchers, and other days my DW has used them all. As a couple, you are allowed 8 per day regardless of who drinks the drinks.
