Trash Queen Posted July 9, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 9, 2023 I booked a cruise online and need to cancel, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to cancel online. I did it once before, but can't remember how. That was only for cruises booked online, not for those booked through a travel agent. But before I do cancel, I first go to the personalizer and cancel any shore excursions, dinner reservations and any extras I might have ordered. I am afraid if I wait to cancel those any amounts paid for those will go to FCCs or take a while to get back to me. Whether that is the way to go, who knows? I feel more secure doing it that way. Trash Queen Posted July 9, 2023 Author #8 Share Posted July 9, 2023 Chat worked. Princess is having a sale, but only for new bookings. I re-booked on a 3-day hold, and saved $3600 for the two of us. Chat is available on Sunday, and it worked perfectly for cancelling the previously-booked cruise and at the same time switching the FCD to the new one.
