Gold loyalty "gifts"?

Hello everyone.  Just returned from a fun sail on the Valor to Cozumel and Progreso.  Loved the cruise but I was surprised that there were no loyalty gifts.  Last cruise, at the same level of Gold, we received a free drink on the last night and a bottle of water at the beginning of the trip.  Did that fall by the wayside??  Certainly won't make or break the trip, just wondering.  I wish this site was available on the Social plan.  Thanks all!

There is another thread where a platinum cruiser also was surprised. Lol seems neither of you read cc until after but it's ok, nothing huge lost.

 

The bottle of water you have to go get. All the perks you get, except the chocolate treat, platinum gets. You have to call room service yourself and order it or you don't grt it.

 

There should have been a paper in your cabin where to get stuff, or ask on your cruise? The paper in my cabin was scan only and my tablet didnt scan so its lucky I already knew. Carnival still has them, but it's up to you to go fetch them.

bottle of water needs to be picked up at a bar. it is possible to use the bottle in the mini bar area but that can cause headaches and issues with billing it correctly as the free bottle

You have to ask for them. Water any time, drink on the last evening. Plus there is a loyalty pin at the photo desk.

Folks have been asked to get 1L water at any bar and other gifts from photo desk since sailings resumed post Covid shutdown.

The one I mostly forget is the $25 casino credit. Platinum? Be sure and ask for this if you get it and use it. Extra fun for free.

I am gold. You still get free water. Go to any bar to retrieve it. You have to go to the Pixel gallery and request your pin. You still get your free drink on the last day. You just have to request it.
