Milestone credit

Too bad you didn’t go to guest services when you got your card on the Celebration #25 cruise. Could have been resolved easily by going to GS desk. It is usually caught in the system and automatically print the milestone cards. Using the benefit though, I am hoping there’s no time limit to use the 25% OBC for first milestone. I’ve been saving mine and will be finally usingj it on cruise #36.

No time limit. Just have to use it before you hit 50. 😎

Thank you! This is really good to see, I was going to use it this year on my 15 day Hawaii cruise but was so sick I had them hold off and the plan is now to use it on next years Alaska Journey cruise. Max value with my aft wrap cabin on that one. 😎

quick question - if you use a casino offer are you not entitled to the credit?

You should not be, but probably are and why not? 25% of almost nothing is almost nothing.

Is this OBC refundable?   I’m probably the rare person who would have a hard time spending it…might have to have someone teach me how to do the slots…. EM

Put it in a slot machine and cash it out. That’s what I did yesterday. No issues.

You better believe I knew when my 25th was.  If I didn't get that white card I'd have been stomping my feet!😜

Again you can use your milestone OBC on your milestone cruise (even though it states on the website that it is on a future cruise). My 25th cruise is later this month in Europe and by far the most expensive I have planned. It was easy to apply for the reward credit by calling the milestone desk. I really don’t care about a special milestone cruise card but want the OBC.

Quick question.  How long before the cruise can a person apply for the milestone credit?  And does anyone have the phone number for the milestone desk, or do you call your PVP?

If you have questions regarding your Milestone rewards, please contact our Milestone's Desk at 877-CCL-VIPS.

Is the milestone OBC based off of the total cruise fare or just the milestone member’s fare?

Just the milestone members fare.  Just the cabin fare, taxes, fees, and gratuities are not included.

Thanks for that information!

I have a solo coming up in October that I already have a good bit of OBC to use. I going to wait for a cruise in April that I don’t have any OBC to use, but sounds like I should use it on the solo cruise so I get the most out of it.

Might as well do when you are solo and get twice the OBC. If you can't find a way to spend it all, go to cherry on top and get gift cards, which you can apply to the cost of a future cruise.
