When do they tell you if your move up bid has been successful or not?

A week to go and all 3 show as pending. When did anyone else find out, successful or not?

48 hrs before sailing.   You will receive an email.

I bid on 3 rooms.  2 rejections arrived 48 hours before sailing.  The third approval/rejection never arrived.  I was not upgraded, but I did not bid much above the minimums.  We also had a packed cruise.

Or sooner, we got notified of our MoveUp being accepted on 4/5 for a cruise leaving 4/18.

I wonder what the earliest is someone has ever been notified?  Seems like most of the time it is right before departure.

It varies a lot depending on how the ship is selling.  If there are lots of a particular cabin you may hear as much as a month ahead. For suites especially it could be a day or two before.  You also can't go on reports of what was happening when ships weren't sailing full as that doesn't represent current process. I just found out I won a suite upgrade for an October 8 sailing.  I was a little surprised I heard so early.
