Using Elite Benefits

We will be on our first Celebrity cruise since reaching elite status.

One of our benefits is priority tender service at tender ports of call. We are doing 3 B2B and have several tender ports.

My understanding is that we will not need to get tender tickets since we are elite. Is this correct?

Do we just go to where the tender boats are and get on?

Also, we have complimentary access to the Persian Garden on one port day. How do we use this? Do we just show up to the spa with our sea pass card or do we need to make a reservation prior, just telling them we have elite status?

Thanks for the help!!

Kim

Our experience on S and M class ships the Captains Club concierge will set up a a meeting place, usually one of the lounges and escort small groups down to the tenders.  Check with them once you are onboard because it does vary from ship to ship.

You will receive a notice from the CC host before your tender port day(s) advising you where and times to meet to be escorted to the tenders. This process was the same on the M, S and E class ships we've cruised on pre and post shutdown. You will also receive a detailed sheet listing all your Elite benefits/perks for your cruise. All benefits/perks are per person.

if there are too many elite and up the tender benefit will not be allowed .

That also is up to the CC host for that specific cruise no matter the numbers.

Thank you for your help!

We will be on the Celebrity Edge from March 3 - April 5, 2025. All are Australia and NZ cruises, round trip from Sydney.

I'm carefully planning shore excursions for all of our ports. Tenders will take time but we are also several miles away from the city centers even when docked and will have to take shuttles into town.

I'm pretty sure it includes the thermal spas on the e class ships.

It doesn't.

"The Spa multi-use discount applies to most treatments; excludes MedSpa and retail. No complimentary access to Thermal Suite on Edge Class ships. Persian Garden pass only available on Millennium and Solstice Class ships while ship is in port."

I’m not familiar with Celebrity’s class of ships, I’m a first time Celebrity cruiser also. Is the Persian Garden amenity available on Reflection? (D+ on RCI)

Yes the Reflection has a large area for the Persian Gardens and includes my favorite room, it has a cold room on the Reflection, the other Persian Gardens on other ships dont have that room.   The reflection is an S (Solstice) class ships and include the persian gardens with your D+ from RCI

Exactly right. Like I said, it's all up to the CC host for that specific cruise no matter the numbers.

And so have I. That's why I posted. Our recent cruise was October 2023 on the Eclipse. Pacific Coastal cruise. Lots of top 3 tier levels on that cruise when I asked the CC host.

I thought you meant the cc host could over ride it when it was not available
