stockperks...no response?

I submitted and got my confirmation from Stock perks for my May 1 cruise. At first, the HAL app showed the onboard credit but that has since disappeared. Is that something I should be worried about? or is the email confirmation from Stockperks enough ammunition if the credit doesn't appear once I'm on board?

Well, after reading this post, I decided to check on my stock OBC which was previously showing in the Navigator App for our May cruise.  Yep, GONE.  WTH???  Now what?

The Navigator really is not intended for that purpose, or really anything before boarding.

I appreciate the tip about phoning my PCC. I will try that. I have never spoken with her and do everything online myself so we shall see. 
I get that the app isn't great before being on board, but the credit should show on the HAL website should it not?

It does not.

 

ETA: Have the Booking Confirmation sent (e-mail) to you and save it with a red star! Maybe print it?

No, it does not. You need a booking confirmation (invoice) to see OBC.

Newbie to HAL so hopefully this isn’t a stupid question….I have the same issue with the disappearing Stock OBC. When I make final payment online, will I be able to print an updated booking confirmation or invoice showing my OBC along with proof of final payment?

Welcome to HAL!!

No, you will not be able to print one, but you can call HAL (general reservation number) and ask them to send you one. If you used a TA or PCC to book, just ask them to send it to you.

Mine never did but I had no trouble getting it added to my account once I was onboard.

I am not even going to deal with this silly s*** and just printed my email from stockperks confirming my stock obc. The majority of questions on this board are related to the lack of information, misinformation, poorly worded information, and overall garbage  that is known as HAL'S website and app. This is just another example!

I am having lots of trouble getting my confirmation that the stock benefit has posted.  I have had to submit it 3 times to stock perk and they keep telling it will be sent to Cunard and I will hear in 5 days.  I have been dealing with this March 1st.  I have emailed and they say, please resubmit due to issues with the processing.

stockperks confirms that you own the stock....they do not approve your OBC.  Read your mail from stockperks...it says they have submitted it....  Their memo is worth nothing....

Their  email does confirm the addition of OBC to a specific cruise............

I'd still bring the email and a printout of the email just in case.  I got the same confirmation but when I got onboard it wasn't showing in my account.  A quick trip to guest relations and I showed them the email.  They had me forward to email to their account and shortly thereafter it showed up.

Good Morning,  I received confirmation that my shareholder obc was applied to three cruises.  While onboard the Eurodam I booked a cruise and emailed my PCC asking to have AARP and military benefits added to the booking. I also asked her to confirm that the shareholder was applied.   It was kind of. Despite having three separate requests,  one for each booking, all three credits were applied to one booking. She corrected the error and sent me updated booking confirmations.  Pays to double check.

Purchased 100 shares of CUK and manually submitted screen shots with required info on Thursday 21 March. Got approved yesterday, 25 March. Just waiting for it to be applied by HAL.

 

One question for those that have already used the Stockholder credit, or are onboard now: Is this credit covering gratuities?

 

The actual benefit letter says it doesn't, but I've never seen other OBC with that restriction (only non-refundable or no casino).

Update: Got the OBC conformation last night. ~5 business days, which seems good to me.

 

It is showing up in Navigator and in My Account online. Oddly, it is listed twice 🤔
