What Do You Love Most About Cruising With Princess?

We're going onto our 4th Princess Cruise (having cruised with many other lines before, we keep coming back to Princess. I love MUTS, watching movies in the open air, under the stars, snuggled behind a blanket, munching on some popcorn! I love the International Cafe, its fresh smelling delicious pastries, great brewed java, people watching, great ambiance! I love all the closet space available to hang up my clothes and get dressed, the spaceousness of the room, and of course the balcony. The wide opened door while falling asleep at night, listening to the waves crashing!

What do you love about Princess?

I think the thing that keeps us coming back is the wide variety of itineraries, plus the "past passenger" perks are pretty good, all things considered.

I agree on both counts. Most mid-priced cruise lines are pretty similar these days, we have tried all but NCL. What had us returning to Princess in the first place, after trying the rest, was the itinearys they offered. And the past passenger perks are (we think) the very BEST in the industry!

Being a mother wife, and the home all the kids invite their friends to, I'm always serving others. I love shellfish but no one else in my family does, My kids are allergic to more food than not, so the cruise is my food paradise. We alway cruise with our friends family and kids, so their are so many activities that someone in our group is either playing battle of the sexes, survivor , watching movies, trying to become the next Princess Pop Star, or winning the dance contest. Oh I feel like a Princess while cruising Princess.:D(Oh that was me and I placed 2nd)

You can get great food anywhere, fly to exotic ports, be waited on hand and foot, but there's only one reason for me to go cruising: THE OCEAN!!!

There are so many items that I love about Princess that it would be hard to narrow it down. The quality of customer service and food stand out for us. Their various cold soups are a hit with me. We always look forward to having a cup of their coffee (we actually like it). We also love the MUTS and try to find a ship that has it incorporated.

The itineraries, prices, ships (not too glitzy, but elegant), service, Captain's Circle perks (once you are elite they are the best of any cruise line), and the fresh water pools. There isn't much I don't like about Princess.

~I like Princess service better than other lines.

~I like Princess' choice of ports better than other lines. (RCI ships seem to all go to the same trampled ports on every ship. Sure...they have the biggest ships. They all go to the same places...)

~I like the 24 hour food access.

~I like the fresh water pools, and the fact they actually have pools for adults only.

~I like the indoor muster drill. (you roast outdoors in on the crowded promenade on other lines)

~I like the sliding balcony doors.

~I like the constant barage of things they send me in the mail.

~I like their website, and all the things I can access there.

~I like their embark/debark process. Much smoother than other lines.

~I like the champagne waterfall party!

I could go on and on. I just feel comfortable with Princess. It fits us well.

Freshwater pools.

Unique itineraries.

Ships that are ships and not floating shopping malls/ice rinks/gymnasiums.

Elegant atmosphere at reasonable prices.

The combination of the line's British and Italian roots (from P&O and Sitmar, I guess) in officers/dining room staff/general onboard ambiance.

The martini menu!
