Hi Linda,

Thanks for posting the above link. I've been following these eagle webcams in British Columbia, Canada since their inception in early 2006.

The main website is http://hancockwildlife.org/. From there you can click on "live cameras" and the "discussion forums", which will provide you with so much incredible information and viewing pleasure.

This is one of the main reasons that I'm considering this Alaskan cruise... gotta see eagles!!!!!! (and possibly my favorite eagle families from the Sidney and Hornby nests!!!!)

Hi Donna! I have been watching the webcam all day. At one point both of the parents were in the nest with the 3 babies :D I'm guessing it won't be long before they fly off? They look so big already!

Hi Linda!

The 3 babes in the Sidney nest are scheduled for their first flight in mid-July (10-14 weeks after birth). They still have lots of growing to do, especially their wings....stay tuned for lots of excitement in the nest!!!!

Guess what! It's only 3:00 in Seattle...

That's true but the TA is here on the east coast - same as Laura so I guess we'll be booking next week. The time is almost here!!!

I can't take my eyes off it!!! Unbelieveable and I'm glad we will get to watch it for a couple of months. When one of them stretched a wing out today it looked so big already  Love the feeeding times too :)

Just got back from Alaska and we had awesome weather!!!!

People were sunning themselves and swimming in the outdoor pool. It was so neat to swim while looking at snow-capped mountains.

Can't believe y'all are still waiting for pricing.

I can't believe it either. But I can wait because I already have the cabin booked we need directly with HAL. I can switch to the group or another TA, depending on who is cheaper, at any time until final payment. :)

Glad you had a nice trip!

Thanks! Alaska was great, but Royal Caribbean just isn't for us.

I don't have a clue on how to post pictures.

Besides, we didn't take many this trip. Too lazy.

Really....? Tell us more! Don't want to make the same mistake on some future cruise ;)

I really like Princess and HAL the best.

The food on RCI just doesn't come close. I was sick of the food by the 2nd day. It's the first time I actually got off a ship to eat because I needed something tasty.

The service was good and we had an awesome aft balcony cabin. RCI just isn't a match for us. Everyone else we sailed with loved it, but in my defense, none of them have ever cruise any other lines. I told them if they cruise Princess or Hal that they would kiss RCI good-bye.

I actually had to stay in the shade on my balcony so I wouldn't get sun burned. Who would think to pack sun block? No complaints though. I would love to have weather like that again.

Happy Memorial Week-end everybody!

I think I like that second one too. I was trying to find something with a bit of floating ice to go along with mountains and glaciers.....that we will be seeing :)

How is the name sounding. I'm getting a bit tougue tied when I try to say it. Is it too wordy?
