On Priceline you can book 10+ rooms - where you know the name of the hotel or you bid for the hotel. You put city you want, dates and number of rooms needed. Priceline will ask for the name for each room.

I have used Priceline bidding for a couple of rooms and have had no problem.

I bid $88.00 4* for fort Lauderdale beach & got Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty six. Was hoping for a beach hotel but I like the location & maybe we'll walk to the beach. Does anyone know if there are any liquor stores nearby as we'd like to bring a few bottles of wine on the ship.

Ah, that explains the price. I've been bidding for Jan 22-24/16, going up to $160 with no results downtown FLL.

Expect a minimum >240 per night. If you're lucky a 200 oddball bid?

On LMTClub, the best in that area is either the Best Western Plus Oceanside Inn or the Holiday Inn Express Airport South, about 211 per night including taxes.

4/16/16 overnight (booked today 8/2)

Hotwire Secret rate:

2 rooms for 7 people

3.5 stars

90% recommended

Downtown area, pool, restaurant, business ctr, restaurant, wifi

advertised at 90$=

Holiday Inn Port of Miami :)

$112.22 WITH fees, tax per room

rack rate would be $243/night per room

I am pretty satisfied with this-right across from Bayside area (last year we were on Brickell)

Where do you look for the hotwire secret rates?

Just do a city search- I did downtown miami and I always get "hot rate" 1st or you can click the tab that says hotels for regular rate listings. The hot rate tab had a flame next to it
