  1. Mine are with the same broker, and what I did was to print out a statement then redacted all the unnecessary data and then send that version to stockperks.
  2. Applied to stockperks late Friday for a september cruise, e-mail yesterday saying it had been sent to P&O, and one today saying my OBC has been applied to the cruise. I think I like this new system, but I have no idea how stockperks will be able to guarantee that I will still hold the shares in September, but I guess that will be P&O's problem.
  3. Unfortunately it has gone pear shaped as some US news organisation suspect the photo might have been manipulated, and have pulled it from their news feeds. Such are the perils of being a newsworthy royal.
  4. It might need more precision on how you type it and whether and where you put spaces, I have had that on other websites.
  5. Glad you are back safe and sound, and thank you for taking me along with you to enjoy your adventures, it was a most pleasurable experience.
  6. I think you will need to talk to P&O or with a TA, because I cannot believe that they don't offer a cruise only option, unless it's because it's a world sector, rather than a fly cruise.
  7. We found that we were able to get a cheaper and better deal ourselves than with Princess. Then also decided to add on several days before and after to take in the barrier reef, Uluru and a longer stay in Sydney pre cruise, as well as a few days in Auckland before we returned.
  8. Arvias pricing does seem quite a bit higher than even Ionas, we recently booked a Sept Iona Canaries cruise, mainly because it was significantly lower than an Arvia one, which interested us because we have not been on her yet. However the Arvia one was only 6 ports and they were identical to a Britannia one we did in 2022, and apart from la Coruna and Cadiz not really very interesting, whilst Iona was 7, and although we have done many Canaries cruises, we do quite like all the ports.
  9. Thank you @TigerB that is most helpful, I think we will give that a go later this month. Not sure about the lift though, that's where I had my wallet lifted last year.
  10. I would wait until the Carnival website updates the shareholder info, it may well say up to 31st July 2025. I treat the info on the P&O website with a degree of scepticism.
  11. Why would any child under 2 need a separate lifeboat space, in fact in rough seas it could be extremely dangerous for the child not to held safely in a parents arms. Don't the idiots who write these rule books live in the real world?
  12. Since 2010, when we first required an accessible cabin, we have usually booked at launch, enjoying 10% off the launch price, and since we booked select but chose not to use CPS or the coach, the basic amount of OBC, plus £150 shareholder OBC. In my opinion all of that was free money, because it applied to everyone and flexible pricing did not commence until the first week after launch, so the b*******g about with the basic price and OBC never affected us.
  13. I sympathise with you and agree P&Os customer service does not meet what we ought to be receiving from a major cruise line. However I think the answer to your problem is that you should use a good quality online TA in future, perhaps one based in the north midlands, and on cruise critics recomended list, who I am sure would give you great service and advice and sort out any issues, like these, far faster and easier than doing it yourself.
  14. You need to be very careful giving your dog cooked bones, they can be very brittle and can break into big pieces that they can choke on.
  15. Who gave CC permission to stick adverts in the middle of threads, nobody asked for my opinion, dont they know we live in a democracy????
  16. That should certainly be far cheaper than everyone paying for an internet package.
  17. I agree, I don't really expect Carnival to take advice from any passenger, unlike RCI group who are totally customer focused.
  18. Your stockbroker should have emailed you giving details of how you can vote in the AGM.
  19. Maybe when it get towards cruise date they will accept bookings for cabin grades were none remain, if there are still cabins of a higher grade available, which could be given as upgrades.
  20. I agree, and I seem to think that in the past the continuance of the shareholder benefit always came after the annual results were published, as some sort of addendum at the AGM. Although I have been wrong once or twice in the past, but not often.😇
  21. Or you could ask your cabin steward if he can find one for you.
  22. That should not matter if you have specified Queen bed configuration. The problem is that P&O seem to insist that if there are 3 passengers in a cabin, then the pullman beds have to be used and the main beds have to be twins, although if the the third passenger is an infant sleeping in a cot this need not apply. But the computer booking system will not permit this, and if you end up in a fixed twin there is no possibility of remedying this on board. A firm but fair e-mail to the CEO setting out the issues and the timeline, seems to be your only option to get this changed now.
  23. Well the Grand/Crown and Royal class all have 3 MDRs, so perhaps one could be dedicated to those wanting to pre book their dining times, whilst the other two could be totally freedom dining, but using the P&O virtual queue system.
  24. However very few cruise ship MDRs could be considered "high end", and maximising throughput should be the aim. So are we all agreed that bookings should be scapped and an orderly virtual queue is the best option.
