  1. That's correct. I think sometimes butlers or stateroom attendants will do more and slip some to keep you happy.
  2. I think this is Celebrity IT rather than actual availability once you're onboard
  3. Make friends who are B2Bing and pass on or inherit the stash 😉
  4. Honestly, you can probably walk up to Sushi on 5 whenever you want and if the Maitre d is around, negotiate a good discount. Not sure how good the vouchers were but especially on the Panama Canal cruise, the place is so quiet as to nearly look abandoned. Keep watching for the FV on the Panama Canal sailing as those cabins are awesome for that itinerary, maybe they haven't released them to smaller parties yet. I did a bid from an inside and got one on ours.
  5. This would be tremendously ableist and never happen. Don't worry.
  6. Just curious, what ship are you on? It may help others who see your post in the near future as well.
  7. If you like shade, the deck 12 ones will be great.
  8. Unfortunately no, there’s no provision for that. Make sure you’re checking with a TA or Celebrity about disabled rooms in case they’re not showing on the site.
  9. Can confirm I've done this in April 2022. Moved from a FV not on the corner on deck 9 to a corner one on deck 8 on M-class. Great snag on my part! Just be quick when your assignment comes through!
  10. Sounds like it. I really enjoyed it on Silhouette when I was on in Feb/March of this year.
  11. I did have a bartender on a B2B ask me if he could book my premium upgrade for both cruises at the same time. I'm sure he wanted to secure his gratuity. He told me to come back to him for the second sticker. I'm sure this wasn't totally by the rule book but it was in essence a way to use OBC from the first cruise for the second.
  12. Thanks. I’m just next door so will keep my fingers crossed that suite is in better shape. Was your butler good as well? Was there a coffee machine in the suite?
  13. No Retreat Sundeck or pool. There's a Michael's Club which is the equivalent of the Retreat Lounge on the renovated ships. Of course there's also Luminae, the suite restaurant.
  14. Yes I’d definitely feel something like that should be remedied or that suite taken out of service.
  15. Yes - for instance before upgrading to Stream, I was able to use my Microsoft Teams app to make calls via my work number even when I could not use "Wifi Calling" on my iPhone with Verizon. This is over the course of one voyage on Silhouette in February/March this year.
  16. That’s me asking @cruising in mn- curious where they’ve used it on Celebrity/Royal post-COVID.
  17. In what disembarkation ports did you use it?
  18. Can I ask what RS you were in? The whirlpool not working would be very disappointing. I’ll be on 10/15 and 10/22.
  19. Sushi on 5 is the best option if not B2B/Concierge/Suite. Usually quiet and great service. There’s both sushi and cooked noodle items, friend wontons, etc.
  20. I added on another segment while on what became a B4B. Totally forgot to check in for the last one and had to have photo taken on pier and then they were hounding me about putting a card on file for my account - although it took a long time for me to use up the OBC so I didn't even realize it for a while. But nothing bad happened having not done it. I do choose the last check-in time on subsequent segments to allow others to get their choice.
  21. We are on Sirena out of Miami on November 18 and considering booking a return flight out of FLL. As of now, on the shore excursion site there is nothing listed for day 11 in Miami. I am used to other cruise lines (first time on O) showing those tour/transfers to airport as a shore excursion. Should I still assume those will be offered even though they aren't showing now? Does anyone know more about what's offered most recently and what the cost might be? I know Sirena is only arriving in Miami from Europe on the day we depart so have to rely on how things worked last season.
  22. I can tell you that a cruise I took as an 11-year old on the Zenith in 2001 shows up in my history so they definitely track that far back. They ought to be able to get to the bottom of it, especially if you provide your FIL's name. I would suggest calling the Captain's Club as a place to start the research.
  23. 26 is just Royal Caribbean. Celebrity and Silversea wouldn't get it to 72, but it is somewhere between the two.
