  1. Is it just me, but 4-6pm is afternoon in my world, not evening!
  2. The link does show you what’s included vs extra, but you have to click into each restaurant to see. Also you can see in the app.
  3. Dining is listed here - scroll down to all dining https://www.royalcaribbean.com/gbr/en/cruise-ships/oasis-of-the-seas/things-to-do when do you sail - it’s unlikely any will be added any time soon as it was just updated not long ago and playmakers and el loco fresh were added then.
  4. Changed in December for quantum and oasis class ships. to the OP, keep checking, people have reported booking opening up late but before the cruise for some sailings.
  5. A mid priced option instead of a cabana is a beach bed, they’re around $200 for the day, and come with floating mats, chairs/ umbrella and a cooler of waters. I saw life jackets available on coco cay at the beach.
  6. Also the swim up bar at south beach doesn’t have electricity so I don’t think it would work there?
  7. In the last couple of weeks. I saw a post on FB from someone onboard now and they had them
  8. Not sure if I’m reading your post right, so just checking - you do know you can’t book the restaurants before you board? most of the main shows (aqua show, ice show, comedians) all require reservations. Best way to check the full schedule in advance, assuming the cruise before yours is the same itinerary, is to try and find the cruise compass for that and assume yours will be pretty much the same.
  9. It’s the casino loyalty programme which is separate from Crown & Anchor.
  10. I don’t think you can cancel the package onboard - I think the cut off is 48 hours before the cruise. If they do let you do it, you might get refunded with OBC.
  11. Izumi was on oasis when we boarded
  12. The not full restaurants is probably because they don’t have enough staff (or experienced enough staff) to cope with a full restaurant.
  13. I just looked it up. Charges for cancellation depend on the circumstances, in our case the few times we have cancelled is because the driver was taking too long, you shouldn’t be charged for that. But if you cancel for no reason (I.e. not the drivers fault) they may charge you.
  14. Was it a pre ordered ride? I’ve never heard of this.
  15. Not in the middle of the ocean, but they do get supplies from certain ports during the cruise. They had a wine delivery during our last cruise, there was a wine on the menu they didn’t have and one night the bar tender in vintages said “we had a delivery today, let me check if we have it now”. I also believe the reason the NJ sailings always stop at port Canaveral is to collect supplies.
  16. I don’t think 30 minutes is the norm, most reports I’ve seen have said it’s and hour to an hour 30 mins.
  17. Since when do Uber charge you for cancelling? We’ve cancelled several times and never been charged. Also you are not going to always get knowledge or experience from an Uber/ Lyft driver - they’re not registered cabbies and may not do this as a full time job. I know a number of people who just drive in a casual basis to get some extra money on top of their salary.
  18. So $1100 per 7 day cruise = approx $4400 per month plus the $50 wage. that’s a lot more than Restjet is saying and those are numbers from 10 years ago. I doubt the numbers have got lower.
  19. Thanks - I hadn’t realised! The description initially says 3 restaurants, but when you read on it makes it more clear. I would have missed out if you hadn’t said that 😊
  20. We were under whelmed by Chops as well. It was fine, not bad, but the steak lacked seasoning and we expected more. we are planning Hooked, Wonderland, and 150 CP using the 3 night package on our next cruise, I also got Izumi Hibachi when they had the really low price a few weeks ago.
  21. If you contact special needs in advance then you should be able to get suitable apps.
  22. It doesn’t make sense to use the 3 night package at playmakers as you’re not getting value for money - if you want to go there I would just pay as you go. I’ve not been on harmony but we liked 150 CP on oasis a lot.
  23. We were on oasis in November. Lots of people from our FB group tested positive when they got home, we were fine. However we only went to the buffet once and avoided elevators (the latter for fitness as much as covid!)
  24. Only for some transatlantic/ transpacific sailings, and possible for certain destinations, but not for the majority of itineraries
