About how long is it taking these days for the HAL website to update your Mariner status and cruise history after you return from a cruise? Thanks!

@QuattroRomeo thanks for you report and photos! We too were on this cruise but sadly I started coughing Sat. night so kept a low profile til Tuesday when I visited the medical center. Negative for Covid but given ZPack and cough syrup for upper respiratory infection. Retested Wed.and was positive so I was quarantined until Sat. My husband never tested positive but we and 14 others were separately disembarked Sat. I’m thankful that we’ve been to Alaska six times and that HAL was wonderful with taking care of our needs and that I generally felt good. Thankfully we were in a Neptune Suite. Your posts are fabulous!

Didn’t try the bars but glad to report that the onboard ESPN carried the game. Hoping for a better result today!

@snowlight mentions restrooms…it’s been years since we had our cabana at HMC but I don’t recall they had restrooms. Maybe my memory is just rusty!

I’ve read on CC that when you initially log into the internet now you have the option of adding a second account so you don’t have to take turns logging on and off. I found this on the HAL web site: . If guests would like to have more devices individually guests can purchase upgrades to multiple device plans onboard. Does anyone know what the additional cost is to do this? We have already pre- purchased the premium internet but since my husband needs to handle business matters while on vacation I feel guilty asking him to log off so I’d like to get my own.

The date information is usually in the Terms and Conditions but as this screen shot shows this time they seem to be intentionally vague about when the promotion expires. @Tom-n-Cheryl make sure and ask the concierge to arrange for hors d oeuvres in your suite at least once. They come in with a cart full of supplies and set the dining room table up with linens and fine china.

This video show the catch being cooked while on the excursion. It’s the same named HAL excursion so perhaps another case of incorrect details on HAL’s website.

It’s been many years but I purchased mine on board and they monogrammed it for me as well! I recall it only took a day or so.

@Beejay4016, when I log into the HAL website and go to Manage Cruise/Cruise Activities/Beverages/Spirits Packages there are several choices with spirits and mixers.
