So a new question fort the casino experts... At what point levels do you receive any benefits. On my last cruise I accrued 360 points. Not many by many peoples standards but apparently enough for the Casino host to offer me a free interior on a selection of cruises leaving over the next few months. I don't have anymore time left in my schedule for more cruises in 2023. The certificate also offered $250 off any other cruise I wanted to book for the next year. Sadly Ive got three on the books for 2023 and that is all the time I can squeeze out so it is basically useless to me. Over the course of the next three cruises I will probably accrue a few more points but I am unlikely to ever hit 2500 points that seem to be the target for the good stuff. Are there other benefits besides what I have observed that I can achieve as that 360 points increases over the next 3 cruises this year. Say as an example... On Oasis of the seas in March lets assume that I get another 360 points giving me a total of 720 points. What could I expect to be offered at the end of the cruise. Would it be the same as the last cruise since I earned 360 or would they take into account the original 360 and offer me something better. Also, are there other benefits that I might not be aware of that I could take advantage of.

You will find it in your cruise planner. First get the reservation numbers for all the other cruisers and link them on your cruise planner. After that you should be able to make reservations for all your party's I've never used different TA's so it might be slightly different. You may need to get one of the TA's to link them. I would at least try and add their res's to your cruise planner and see how that goes. After that it is done in the cruise planner. You will find the link at the bottom of the dining page.

My very first cruise 2007 I was in an inside cabin. I never considered specialty dining. I didn't even get the soda package. I stuck to mostly just water, coffee or included juice with the odd drink I paid for. I paid for one ship sponsored excursion and just self explored at the other ports of call. No spa or photos or arcade or anything of that nature. My only extravagant expenditure was getting sucked into a Park West auction and buying two paintings! And Royal doesn't get anything from that spending. My next one on Oasis is in a CLS. We have booked unlimited specialty dining, I will certainly drink more than my diamond drinks vouchers. We have cabana's booked at both Coco Cay and Labadee plus excursions at the two other stops. I'm destined to lose money in the Casino. DW already has one massage booked in the spa and will likely book at least a second treatment onboard. We usually purchase internet but don't have to on this one since it is an included benefit of Sky class. I don't think amount of cruising has anything to do with onboard spending. I think it is entirely dependent on disposable income. Hence why the casino gives away free cruises.

Yeah you can order quite a bit. The menu will have and app section, a pasta section, a main section and sides. You'll also have a selection of deserts. I think the only restriction is you can't order two mains. I have ordered an app, a pasta, a main and sides. The waiter, without us asking, then brought a second pasta because I was undecided about which one to choose. You will not leave hungry, I promise you that.

Yeah I'll be on oasis the week before you now. I was disappointed we had to change. We'll be on Harmony with you all in December.

We always try and start with Giovanni's (or Jamie's, depending on the ship) for lunch on embarkation day. It is just such a civilized way to start any cruise. 16.99 is a good price.

Sorry but this is heresy! When I play miniature golf I play deadly seriously. Plastic wiffle type golf balls are an abomination to purists of the sport like myself. No self respecting putt putt golfer would be caught dead putting a plastic golf ball.

Tipping in specialty restaurant

$10 for lunch, $20 for dinner usually and always cash. Ditto on the porkbelly app. It is awesome. Another hack I always recommend for Chops if you are ice cream fans order desert off the kids menu. The sundae is amazing. -

I'm so sorry about your Dad but am so glad you were able to get to Houston and spend that time with him. Those will be cherished moments. -
Sadly I won't be on on the 12th. We were scheduled for the 12th to be aboard with Belle's group but had to change to the 5th because of a conflict. I was gutted, after all of the conversations through Covid I was so looking forward to meeting so many. Raj is a good one. 🙂 Glad he's taking care of you.
