    Well, I attended this joke of an event. Tony Markey and Beth Santos (from their home offices) made small talk for 45 minutes while Captain Carl struggled to connect from onboard the Onward. He managed to do so briefly a couple of times, but couldn’t hear. Azamara IT issues - shocking!! Finally, they gave up and Tony just answered questions in the chat.

    We’re balcony cruisers and we had an ice bucket in our cabin on our June Quest cruise. We always asked for ice in the late afternoon.

    I agree completely, and frankly, would think it would be in CC’s interest to encourage them as well, as a way to promote group cohesion. It’s really great to put a face to a name after sometimes years of chatting online.

    Maybe that’s why the link here doesn’t work anymore and the only way to register is on the Azamara website. It’s a shame, really. Such a great way to meet people from your roll call.

    I agree with the idea of both trying the mock booking on the Azamara website and comparing it with the quote they gave you. Was the original quote in writing? If it is comparable to Azamara’s, then they don’t have much of a case for tacking on extra charges. New TA!!

    I used refundable OBC to contribute to the crew welfare fund at the end of my June cruise on Quest.

    OUCH! My sister is sailing on Onward for her first Azamara cruise next March. Sure hope this isn’t her experience.

    I didn’t think the choices for the white wine were that great, but love the Whispering Angel rose!

    Yes. I just got a new phone and also switched to T-Mobile. With 2 overseas cruises in 2023 and likely some trips to Canada, I will save a bundle.

    They just started a 2 category upgrade “sale” here in the US. I priced the veranda cabin for the cruise I purchased last month and it would be considerably higher with this “sale.” And no OBC offered to sweeten the deal.

    Yes, I think they might raise eyebrows at 300 days, but maybe not if not in the same place

    I spoke with a T-MOBILE rep as I set up my new iPhone and he explained it to me. For example, sometimes people will live in another country for months on end. Cruising around through different countries would not apply, as long as the countries were part of the international plan
