  1. In our PH stateroom it was Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut.
  2. Nope, didn’t notice this except for perhaps a bit smaller portions, which I think is actually good.
  3. We did one of these in Istanbul. The price is per vehicle. If more than 2 people you then have to book the Van version.
  4. Actually from what I have read recently it has been delayed until 2026.
  5. Well I’d be wary of reviews. I’ve been on Vista and loved it. In fact, just booked another cruise on it while onboard Sirena on Saturday.
  6. Also just off yesterday. Our first time on one of the smaller ships. Fortunately we had a PH suite so did not have the issue with the smaller showers. I will admit I prefer the larger ships but that is just more a preference thing. The ship was in excellent condition and looked beautiful. Food and service also was excellent with a couple of hiccups but nothing worth complaining about. Just another exceptional Oceania experience.
  7. You can only use the Shore Excursion credits under SM for excursions.
  8. Lose it if don’t use it. Best to book them as early as possible so you don’t get in a position of not being able to find excursions to use the credit on. If you put it off in booking them you can run the risk of missing out.
  9. Just stepped off Sirena this morning. Once again had a fantastic time and enjoyed it immensely. I won’t focus on the 3 or 4 things out of the thousand experiences that may have been a bit better. It is the overall experience that counts and once again impressed.
  10. Just about to depart Sirena. We had a few moments where service was a little slow. Seemed to usually coincide with departing a port, but overall was not an issue for us , but when we are on vacation we really just use it for the basics.
  11. Was not ground beef today with the surf and turf. . And Mahi still on menu today on Sirena. I had the grilled red snapper.
  12. Perhaps they change it up now and again. We had it the other day on our cruise but there was no shrimp roll.
  13. Yea, but this way if running low on cash for tips at end you may be in a better position. But as noted, one way or the other it works out.
  14. Yes, they placed it in the Account Balance portion of the onboard account, which is refundable as cash at the end of cruise. Again, as noted my situation is where we purchased some excursions in excess of the SM credit. We missed a port due to weather and within 30 minutes of the announcement of missed port, which was quite obvious due to the weather, the CD made an announcement that all who had missed an excursion would have their account credited. It was all seamless and quick for us.
  15. Not always directly back to credit card. In our situation it was credited back to our on board account which is refundable at end of cruise.
  16. You had already responded to that post in post 21…..🤷🏻‍♂️
  17. It is not being done until May. Read their website under the blogs section for latest dated on 12/8. Also another rather long thread on this issue.
  18. Yes they do. Located at entrance to the GDR.
  19. We had the iced towels also while on Vista this past May on a few ports in Greece.
  20. Not to mention they don’t even have the number of bottles of wine that can be brought on board correct. That was increased from 3 to 6 in 2020 per the Oceania website. So they don’t even have the not enforced rule correct.
  21. Well, look at post #19 for the whole story. Feel free to respond to this post on your mission to get to 14k posts. 😉
  22. Well…..if you drink beer, wine or champagne with your meals at lunch and/or dinner and you typically take a few ship excursions probably not much downside. If you do neither of these, then that is your potential downside. Just a clarification, it is not an option. The only option is to purchase cruise with air or no air.
