We were on the Spirit for the 17 days Rome to Dubai Arabian Odyssey cruise in Feb 2020, and the cruise included a 5 consecutive sea days. There were plenty of activities and things to do. We had to find time to get bored. Spirit is a great big little ship - our new fave ship.

You need to make it a rule of thumb yourself on every cruise, once you see luggage tags are out for the public, show up at Guest Service/Cruise Next regardless and show your cruise card to obtain the yellow priority luggage tags. We have received no notice or letters about that nor see the yellow tags on display for the public. P.S. (for others) the above is for Platinum and above.

Did everyone bring their passports with them when going to Gibraltar on a tour? When we did the excursion back in 2016, we had to bring passports and walk thru the Customs & Border building from Spain into Gibraltar. Now Gibraltar is non-EU .....

So Aan is on the Jewel, sob, sob, rather than on the Spirit! We had him making Martinis for us twice on the Jade (2014 and 2016) and twice on the Spirit (2018 and 2020) and we were hoping he'd still be on Spirit when we board her later on this month. Please give him our best - Ann-Mary & Peter from Bermuda.

May 31st from Seward to Vancouver and we stay on ship June 7th in Vancouver to return to Seward.

Have you sailed on the Spirit before? She is a lovely ship. We went on her twice before the refurbishment and once after - the new changes really refreshed the ship, especially the bathrooms in the staterooms (that had yellow tiles previously). The mid-week embarkation/disembarkation help reduce the number of mega ships being in the ports of call the Spirit goes .... and the Spirit's ports of call hours are longer. Valdez is a brand new port for NCL this year, and we've booked this tour Valdez Glacier and Icebergs - check this out and they sell fast. Spirit's aft terraces go from deck 10 (where the Spice H2O pool, hot tubs and padded loungers are) up to deck 12 where the Garden Cafe & Great Outdoors are. Prime viewing places (and also deck 13). Our new fave ship.

We're on the Spirit May 31st and June 7th, and have not been able to book Onda at all - we'll wait until we board on May 31st to book. Sigh 🤷‍♀️ P.S. We were able to book all other dining revenues for the two weeks, but not Onda.

I have a collection of packs of cards from several Las Vegas casinos. We went to Las Vegas several times in the late 90’s and in the 00’s before we started cruising with NCL in 2006 and became hooked.

Yes, NCL has been running the complementary ferry to St. George whenever the NCL ship(s) is in.

Not quite chilly as she is going on the southerly route - warm days! Prima went on the northerly route - too chilly. Viva was supposed to go to New York from Lisbon, but changed itinerary to go to Miami via the Caribbean!

Come along on the Viva Transatlantic from Lisbon to Miami Nov 16-27 - the prices have dropped and it’s going on the southerly route - warm days to enjoy the outside decks!

Obstructed Oceanview cabins are on deck 8.

None (obstructed, I mean) on BA and BA+, and Epic and Prima. Only the Jewel & Dawn classes ships, namely Jewel, Jade, Pearl, Gem, Dawn and Star.
