As for the Sapphire check-in ... last year we went on Joy cruise and our DS and his girlfriend came along. We both are Sapphire but the other 2 weren't (one was a NCL rookie) but we all 4 were able to check in together as Sapphire. This coming May our rookie friend is coming along on cruise with us, we're keeping him close to us as we check in.

No, probably not. Excursions were booked months in advance and possibly charged to different card than the one used for the On Board account. It is a lot easier to charge on a credit card than to apply refunds to credit card.

I went on the HOHO bus, rode it to the Fish Market, got off and toured the vicinity. Then hopped back on and rode on to see the rest of the loop and hopped off and walked back to the ship.

I have a NCL PCC, and when I send him an email, I either receive a reply OR an out of office email with details of his co-worker who could assist me. If you do not receive an OoO reply I would suggest calling NCL and asking for your PCC's name and ask for a new PCC if the former isn't available.

The Ogden Point cruise schedule may be incorrect as it is showing the Sun as coming from Ketchikan rather than Juneau, therefore it is showing the time as 21:00 - 23:59. Note to NCL: if you read this, better contact Victoria to rectify the port details. The Sun departs Juneau at 2:15 pm two days prior, so the 1:00 pm arrival time is the one.

Yes, but the cruise doesn't need to sail within one year. Like you can book a cruise within 1 year and sail in 2-3 years' time. I learnt of this new rule a couple of weeks ago and that pleased us. We become Diamond in June and we're looking at cruises that sail in 2024.
