  1. The problem with those cabins is they were designed to be accessible, and indeed, they are. However, their entrance is on the side from a narrow corridor, and was found to be too narrow for a scooter/mobility device or turn to enter the cabin. So they are not classified/sold as HC. EM
  2. Yes, as long as the cooler does not measure more than 12x12x12. Have you read their FAQ? EM
  3. Depends on the ship, sailing, etc. I find the theater is usually too loud. One cruise it was much too loud in the MDR. They had background music playing too loud, which meant everyone had to talk louder. The maitre ‘d didn’t seem to care. I would bring the earplugs. EM
  4. Take a good look, Tosca…someday your colors might change, too…
  5. I don’t know. I don’t think anyone has ever reported this. Which ship are you on? EM
  6. Welcome to Cruise Critic. There is a board here called North American Homeports, and under that Florida Departures. All the info you need is there. EM
  7. They don’t care where you sleep, but MSC does not give out extra key cards. Getting bracelets and s sapping them can solve your situation. However, not all classes of ships have the bracelets. Fantasia class and older do not. EM
  8. That is what I remembered, but my last Alaska cruise was 10 years ago. EM
  9. You are in the wrong place. As per the bold type paragraph at the top, this board is for people having trouble navigating the forums. You should have asked this on your roll call prior to the cruise, on the Ports of Call board for Europe/Spain. The quickest way is to purchase the transfer Celebrity offers. Per some other current live from threads, Uber is erratic, and the taxi lines are long. You could be waiting in line for more than 30 minutes for a taxi. Prior to your cruise you could have arranged private transport. EM
  10. Dang. No matter how many times I correct, auto corrupt gets me every time. That should be MSC Seaview. AIDAstella, and a Seabourn ship, too.
  11. And? I’m not finding a HAL ship doing an itinerary like that in the Mediterranean in November 2024. Ship name would help. If you are seeking others sailing with you, you would find that on your Roll Call. EM
  12. Been to Kotor twice, both times just got off the tender and wandered the walled city. Dubrovnik is another place to wander. First time we had a bus tour, second time did the pirate looking ship that took us to the old port. Definitely go to Pompeii Corfu we took the ship shuttle into town and wandered. Livorno..first time did tour to Pisa and Lucca, second time took the Florence on your own tour/bus. EM
  13. MSC Sea Jew, Celebrity Edge, Disney Dream, Enchanted Princess. A couple smaller ones are hidden.
  14. And after Germany. But I’m biased, as I lived there three years. Took the trains, too. EM
  15. If you have a choice of credit cards to use, choose one that has no foreign transaction fees. As an Italian company with headquarters in Switzerland, they bank in Paris. In the past, people have found foreign transaction fees on their bank statements. EM
  16. But as suggested, ask on the Princess board here and they will probably tell you it is done all the time. EM
