  1. I dont see it being an issue for me personally . They should reduce the gratuity amount though. Its a cost cutting measure as i see it.
  2. Oasis class has lots to offer. Just an fyi ... the Allure doesnt have the big slides yet, as the others do.
  3. Congratulations on your diagnosis. You may want to see a doctor though before you leave as it may a bacterial infection and he can prescribe penicillin. I was sick for a week and went to the walk in clinic ... had an infection in my throat, got the medication and was better in a few days. It speeds up the healing real quick. Enjoy your cruise !
  4. So , i guess more cruisers will be packing a george foreman and do their own grilling on the balcony ? 🤣 I was planning a harmony cruise next year , but based on the reviews , i guess i will be brown bagging it. 😂
  5. No matter , i need to have access to the outside . Its priceless 🙂
  6. I dont do insides either, always book balconies for the 10 minutes per day that i use it. 🙂
  7. As i have mentioned before , i like the two tops that are a foot away from the other tables on either side of us . You get to mingle with the people next to you , but dont have to wait for them to get served before you start eating. We have many many nice people , and they tend to be the same ones every night as we typically dine at the same time. This was MTD .
  8. I drink the ship water on the promenade at Cafe Promenade . I wouldnt shlep a case of water around.
  9. Oh, if you do switch , i would avoid those extended balconies at the back side of the ship . I had one and didnt like the fact that everyone above you could look down on you. Think it was deck 7 ?
  10. Thats a good chunk of change you got there . I always only see around a hundred bucks for an oceanview balcony , so thats why i would never consider it.
  11. i wouldnt let them pick my room . Never much of a saving ,
  12. Me , i wouldnt book anything before noon . I like a little bit of a buffer.
  13. I guess the OP stepped in it with that post .😄
  14. Well, thats good to hear ! They were pretty consistent with them and were always good. 🙂
  15. Never cared much for the roast beef sandwich, but i liked the salad bar in the Park Cafe .
  16. I will probably sail on it once , but a few years down the road. And only when school is in session. I priced an inside for a friend and it was twice the price of Oasis class. We will wait for the new ship novelty to wear off , as its not worth it to me. We like Oasis class the best , and limit our choices to those ships.
  17. I agree with you, I though Coastal Kitchen was very good. Makes me wonder what people eat at home ?
  18. Im happy RC is going back to reserving online. Takes the rush to get on board or hook up to their wifi when in the terminal. It relieves the staff of manning the booth to take reservations on board. I always book my entertainment the moment it opens up online.
  19. Just take a picture of their name tag and tell them you will give them a 10/10 and they will probably lighten up if you think they are overbearing.
  20. We did one Anthem cruise and it was one and done . I really wanted to like it , but Oasis class is a winner for us. I only liked the Music Hall .
  21. I didnt get sick for the first time on my september cruise . I usually catch a cold half way through . Wore a mask in the airport and plane on the way down and i think that was the factor that made the difference. I had 4 shots of Pfizer also.
  22. Our favorite class of ship . We only sail on this class now.
  23. Take the money . I like Oasis class RC ships and will stick with those ships , but wouldnt discourage anybody that has other choices.
