Princess site for Coral world says The Manhattan cruise port is located just west of Hell’s Kitchen, an eclectic neighborhood near Times Square. Not only a convenient departure port, New York City is an excellent option for those craving the fast pace of city life. Seemingly endless options are just a subway or yellow taxi ride away! However it appears the Hell's kitchen has amalgamated with Chelsea flea and is only open weekends we are there Wed and Thursday so no good for us

With all the problems Medallion dine my way has given me for my next cruise I wrote to Princess JanSwatz and wow! got a telephone call today from Princess advising that they did not have any spaces on the cruise for me to have a shared table When I pointed out that I had - several weeks ago - booked the same time every night for a shared table and two weeks later all but one day had disappeared from my account she said that I had cancelled them???!! I advised that this was not correct and obviously it was ANOTHER glitch from the Medallion app but she reiterated there wee no spaces for me to book now for shared table. I asked why she had telephoned just to advise what I had seen on the dine my way and she said this was just to acknowledge that thy had contacted me!! She went on to say when we had ' make friends' on board we could go to the customer relations desk and have the bookings linked and have a shared table with them them How they would then have a large table when they do not ow escapes me and I then advised that it was a shared table that enable us to make new friends not visa versa So no joy then for me this cruise hope they do not 'cancel' the bookings I have made for the Majestic in January

Not really when we used it there were 3 of us on board for the journey and then has almost a km to walk along bad roads pulling luggage I could not even manage that now Taxi for me always and if from Wynyard or Town hall very cheap

Did that to all 3 offered addresses and got one acknowledgement promising a reply in 3 working days!!!!!!!!!!! I will take proof on board and get together with the Captains Circle rep if needed

Yes RCI always uses US$ which is why with their 18% add on things seem expensive

I applied for Princess and P&O at the same time (different addresses) and got the P&O within 1 hour 3 days later got a message from Princess they wanted the attachment in a pdf so I did that and attached it to another (reply to) e mail but still not heard anything 10 days later

How can we ensure that as we booked plus package a year ago we would get the up to $16 allowance of drinks and not be charged anything over $12

That is at least one step better than we had on the Sky never asked if anyone wanted to share and would not find you a sharing table if you asked although we had booked it in on the app hopeful now

Does anyone on board today know if it was possible to speak (in the restaurant for instance) to the Matre'D or head waiter???

Send an e mail to shareholderbenefit@carnival.com attaching a copy of your shares statement and giving the booking reference name of ship and date of cruise and I got mine back last week in 3 hours

Sent an e mail with the attachment to Princess and at the same time did the e mail with attachment to P&O in 2 hours got the P&O shareholder benefit and 2 days later got an e mail from Princess saying the attachment I sent was not good enough they wanted it as a pdf file What is going on with them I have used the same formal for 18 years since I bought shares? I downloaded the file as a pdf and sent it again but not received any further information

I could not find another time that had sharing and when I returned to the site the 6pm was no longer sharing so obviously busy

No P&O charge for all food not actually one of the 3 meals a day $3 per item usually
