You have choices. IMO, gratuities for all no matter their age should be included in the cruise fare. I don't concern myself about their workload, job security or wages. That's all between RC and their employees.
If service was that bad for you did you speak with that person or higher up about it? Did you annotate your bad experiences on your PCS?
We've always enjoyed all our West Coast cruises. Looking forward to our Celebrity Eclipse West Coast cruise, 8 October 2023. We booked it while on the Summit last September and the current pricing is still higher than what we paid. We'll keep our fingers crossed the itinerary doesn't get altered.
Note to self. Remember this Hampton Inn to never book it. No wonder they don't show pictures of the bathroom on their website. Booking with HH points is even high for that property. Thanks for the heads-up. Bon Voyage. 🍷
Yes you have options. Cancel or go. Celebrity reserves the right to change/ cancel intinaries at their discretion. It's a bummer but been there, done that.
Agree. Was that way in 2022. For our March 2022 cruise we switched pre cruise to early TD (6:00 PM) for both legs of that B2B cruise. Disappointed to hear nothing has changed. We'll stick with TD as MTD starts too late for us.
MTD doesn't require a reservation. Optional. When we do MTD we make reservations as we like early (6:00 PM). Two lines for MTD. One for reservations and the other for no reservations. Waits for non reservations can very.
RC goes out of San Juan. We like the differences and the similarities between RC and Celebrity. A huge plus is no indoor smoking on Celebrity, fleetwide. That also includes the casino. Your CAS tier level with RC is reciprocal up to Elite with Celebrity's CC.
