All I know is on our last cruise Celebrity
And that possibly might happen only if I lose my SeaPass card.
On our last cruise Celebrity spelled our last name correctly (most people don't even looking at it) but spelled my first name incorrectly. 🤪 My wife noticed it before I did.
Once your signed in, then click on the round circle, upper right that has your initials in it. Then click profile. Next screen, you'll see your name, club points (which will be different than your CAS cruise points) and tier level. If that's not correct, then call the CC at 1-800-760-0654.
Thanks. This will be our first E class cruise. We aren't going to pre judge the cruise based on any CC reports. Just like all our cruises, open minded. Our glasses full and wearing rose colored glasses. 🍷😍 We'll wait until after the cruise and decide based on our experiences. In the event we aren't happy with something I plan on email Miss President and Chief Executive Officer with if any negative experiences.
It is allowed. That's why I said open to all. I use the change room to shower, stash things in the locker whether I'm walking the track, in the gym, sitting in the sun or in the solarium. Both change rooms are before you get to the spa or gym.
Last March I called, well the TA I was using called RC and made it happen. I would do it ASAP. Just a WAG, but changing dining types maybe different than requesting a table size or location and require more of a advanced request. I've done the email in the past two weeks prior to our sail date with no issues requesting table size, location.
Your wish...

Consistently inconsistent.
Forgot to mention my experience(s) on the Summit was the same for our September 2019 and September 2022 cruises. I also was glad to see the peloton bikes that were open to all. Much better than the other (brand escapes me) spinners. Hopefully the Apex will be set up the same.
