  1. We go to Majorca next week. We had all the faff of booking it. Tomorrow we need to go on the BA site to reserve our seats. Check if the printer works so that we can have paper back ups in case I drop my phone down the toilet. Next week, check in on line drive to the airport, park the car fly to Island..........is it worth all this faff for a week in the sun....yes it is.
  2. We take a photo of the emergency contact info.
  3. No problems with the cabin size. Quite spacious. My only complaint was getting up in the night to go to the bathroom and stubbing my big toe on that flipping coffee table. It took a year for the black line to grow out. Thinking about it, I could have given them a one star review on feefo, written to Paul Ludlow...or turned the light on rather than stumbling around in the dark.
  4. I never leave a feefo review and don't read them. Too many moaning about a missing pool tile, plug didn't fit the sink properly. Lots of trivia.
  5. The far end of the buffet on Azura is also the beach house in the evenings, so a bit more spread out and a bit pusher at Lunch and breakfast. Queet refined.
  6. In Menorca we went to a nice restaurant and were given a ceramic tile with a QR code on it. Come on P&O..paper menus. Why can't we have a QR code and order on the app ?.
  7. We had 3 cruises on Indi. It's about the same size as Britannia. We have done 8 on her and another booked for December.
  8. SiL and BiL joined us on Azura last year. We had dinner and were out by 8.00ish. We were going to the show at 10.30. Anybody got any idea what they would like to do ?. I'll have a look on the app...super easy to plan your evening.
  9. Some if us oldies are quite happy with the big ships. We will be even more happier if the can't fill them up and discount heavily. So many more choices to eat ,drink and be entertained. We went on Anthem last year. Didn't seem that big.
  10. Some Canadian lobsters are a good size. Here's one I ate earlier.
  11. I don't think they are abandoning oldies. We have sailed on lots of ships with a number of different companies. Iona and Arvia give us a couple of extra options. On our first Azura cruise I thought how small it was. A bit cramped. Britannia is OK and we enjoyed Iona. I just don't understand why folk think only young people will go on the big, new, shiny ships. We will try Arvia when the right deal/itinerary comes along. When we grow up we may try Saga...but probably not.
  12. Do a search for...Saga app.. it's behind you.🤣
  13. We are 73&67. We have had 8 cruises since breakout and 3 flyaway. Apps for all of them. We have had 4 on UK holiday parks, all drinks orders through the app. If folk can't cope with Technology they may not be going far from home. A.I is just around the corner.
  14. Sound like Arvia is for younger folk Indeed.
  15. Ask for the ' good neighbour ' discount ' 20%. A bit less if you are a Prince.🤣
  16. Do you watch Yellowstone Pam?. You don't want a trip to the Train Station.🤣
  17. We will be turning our heating back on........In October.
  18. I bet a round of applause from the Cunarders.
  19. Absolutely serious. Shop lifting Greggs food. We have a Gordon Ramsey. Telling that they let him off the hook and pinch a Greggs.
  20. Funny old world. The cost of pasty crisis has hit Surrey. We popped into Greg's for a sandwich. Nothing on the shelves with a note that you have toask for your favourite selection. DW asked the very nice Chinese Lady why...Shlop riffters.🤣
  21. They are OK, but not queaky enough IMHO.
  22. Nòooooo. I'll never sail with P&O again. Looks like I will need to take some with me to Barbados.
  23. I feel the same way about green beans. The more the merrier.
  24. I wish I had kept the menu from the fort in 1971. Crab salad for under a £. Second thoughts...🤔
