  1. Just click on Continue then Pay Now, then click Cancel if you have OBC, otherwise you say who’s paying then put your card details in
  2. Mine’s the same - the OBC section of my booking says coupons but no amount. However when I followed the instructions exactly (including clicking the Cancel button on the payment page) the excursion stayed in place and the Pay Now relating to it disappeared.
  3. It worked for me. The crucial thing was clicking the cancel button where it tells you too. Doing that the excursion stayed in place as a booked excursion and the Pay Now disappeared. I know it doesn’t show that OBC has been used, but the guide said that will be sorted out later.
  4. I got this too and it worked!
  5. I’m sure you are right, except I think the rate used is the rate the first time you spend any OBC. I seem to remember that on the old website, once you had spent some OBC, it told you what the rate used was and said that would be the rate that applied from then on.
  6. Not sure they are providing them at present. Don’t worry about them. You should at least get an email about check-in times. Luggage tags will be provided at the cruise terminal - just make sure you remember your cabin number.
  7. We were on a transatlantic a few years ago where there were a large number of UK passengers who had all booked with a northern UK TA at the last minute at very cheap prices.
  8. As has been said, numbers can be misleading. Azamara nearly always has quite a lot of solo travellers, so in general numbers will always be less than the maximum. Without knowing how many solo cruisers there are, it’s difficult to know how many empty cabins there are on any sailing.
  9. We did once and booked Prime C (speciality restaurant) instead. We would never do it again as there was no ‘buzz’, no atmosphere whatever. It was just pretty miserable sitting on our own in a virtually empty restaurant!
  10. It’s difficult (if not impossible ) to have ‘this’ or ‘this’ or ‘both’ or ‘neither’, so probably best to leave it out anyway. I answered it in relation to logging in on the website, not Seaware.
  11. This is good, the only thing I’d add is the difference between logging into my Azamara account via the Azamara website and logging in via the Seaware section of the system. When I log in via the Azamara website it’s all wrong - no upcoming cruises & loyalty information wrong. If I look for a future cruise, then login via the Seaware section of the website I can see & deal with my upcoming cruise, but the loyalty information is still wrong.
  12. Noticed one of the big RCCL ships on Lifestyle’s list - imagine being amongst thousands of naked people !
  13. Yes, but on ‘ordinary’ cruises they don’t walk around naked in public areas !
  14. That’s what I think too, and gin is Gordon’s & Beefeater.
  15. The other thing that’s well worth doing in Rio is doing a bit of research to find out when the various ‘Street Parties’ are then getting a taxi there. We were in Rio for carnival a few years ago we got a taxi to Ipanema beach for the Ipanema Street Party - it was fantastic - amazing atmosphere!
  16. Remember too that many drinks are included - you could try the included drinks for a day or so before deciding whether you need to upgrade.
  17. No need as the link provides access to a printable list for every cruise
  18. I would definitely try ringing them for an excursion I really wanted to do.
  19. I couldn’t find that, I only saw 1 Azamara - Quest on Dec 30 - and only 1 December cruise.
  20. Just Google “Lifestyle Cruises”! Desire cruise - Quest Dec 30 - Jan 7. Described as a sensual 9 day/8 night South American cruise.
  21. I had an email in response to my last one that said they hoped everything would be sorted by the end of June, so I thought I’d wait until early July. My next cruise isn’t until November & I don’t want to book one either, so I’m not in a hurry.
