  1. I can get the details of the excursions on my upcoming cruise (although only through Seaware - can’t see my upcoming cruise in my account on Azamara.com) but it won’t let me copy & paste - very frustrating.
  2. Very easy, just walk out of the terminal & there’s a taxi station there with plenty of taxis. No need to book.
  3. I completed the Account Login Help Form to tell them my account on Azamara.com shows no upcoming cruise & has me as an adventurer with no points and the wrong membership number. I got an email back within the hour telling my my account looks fine to them but I could try a new password using forgot password. I did that and nothing has changed! I emailed them back to tell them this was the case.
  4. It’s not a ‘mandatory two people’. It is possible for only 1 person in a cabin to buy a package.
  5. We were able to get drinks in port on our Norway cruise with Azamara
  6. How did you manage it. I've been trying, but it won't let you copy and paste the text in the excursion description. Help!
  7. Wow, you actually got the cruise director there ? On our last two cruises the events were 6pm on embarkation day, but no Azamara people there at all and no drinks etc.
  8. She can’t figure it out either! The strange thing is that at first in the new system my information was all there and correct. It disappeared only after 2-3 weeks.
  9. I can’t see a way to do it either. I emailed Azamara to ask about it, but got no response.
  10. Our last 2 cruises with Azamara were after the break away from RCCL. We found no difference in the food apart from the odd supply issues (E.g escargots disappeared after a few days, HD said this was a supply issue)
  11. Quite agree, food in the MDR was great on the Pursuit in March. Patio was excellent too.
  12. Same here, new number and no points although we are actually at Discoverer level.
  13. We always thought that too, but that wasn’t our experience in March on the Pursuit Rio to Lisbon transatlantic cruise. The Brazilian ports were fine but in Cape Verde we were the first ship there, but were docked at the furthest end of the dock. Two other ships came in after us and got nearer spots. To add insult to injury they both had shuttle buses and we didn’t. We ended up not getting off the ship there as it was too far for my DH to walk just to get to the dock gates. In Tenerife and Madeira we were also docked the furthest out of several ships. There was no shuttle in Tenerife either, but there was one in Madeira.
  14. I think that’s probably the least of their worries at present!
  15. And you can start the day with a mimosa or Bloody Mary (or anything else on the included list) with your breakfast.
  16. If you look at the website there is a little menu top left. Click on that & you see various headings - Cruises, Destination, Our Ships, On Shore, Deals & Booked Guests. Clicking on these leads to another set of menus for each and they give lots of information. You may also find it helpful to look at the Cruise Critic topic ‘Tips for Azamara Newbies’ and it’s associated spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  17. No difference in price between Deck 6 & 7, so long as both are the same cabin types. Have you looked at the deck plan to see exactly where your cabin is. The only ‘nightclub’ (I.e. late night music venue) on Azamara is the Living Room on Deck 10 & there are no cabins directly above or below it.
  18. Golly, hope he doesn’t have any ill effects in the future! Give him our regards 😃.
  19. How interesting - does he enjoy being at school there?
  20. And the tender in Dubrovnik takes you straight into the old town harbour.
  21. Try not logging in, but selecting a future cruise, then click on the Sign In button top right. When I log in as normal it says no upcoming cruises, but if I do it through the booking engine I can see my cruise and look at excursions (though there are no prices).
  22. I’d say go for it, but book through a travel agent given the website problems. People have said that whatever the website issues, the experience onboard is as good as ever, and that was certainly our experience in March this year.
  23. Not all of them, mine has no problem
