  1. I have updated the ‘Tips’ spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit I will try to repost the link every time the Tips topic goes to a new page, which may help a little (tho’ I realise not everyone finds it the easiest way to get information).
  2. If you go through a mock booking on your Voyage Planner, you should get to a section that asks you to select a time. If you click on that it’ll show you the time.
  3. There seems to be a difference between EMed test results shown on a phone (acceptable) and results on a piece of paper (not acceptable).
  4. It’s not a personal page, it’s an Azamara page that he looks after.
  5. I would try emailing Azamara customer relations. If you’re on Facebook you could also try posting in Lee’s ‘Azamara Reminiscing’ page.
  6. But they wouldn’t have known the likely weather far ahead enough to agree the date & publicise it before the cruise started. We’ve always found out when White Night is once we get onboard. We go to book a couple of nights in the Speciality restaurant as soon as we board and check things like when White Night is.
  7. Regarding White Night, it’s down to the Captain to decide which night is best taking account of the likely weather.
  8. We pack magnetic hooks and also magnetic clips. We use these for all the bits of paper we receive (tour tickets, dinner bookings, invitations etc), so they’re handy.
  9. It’s been laundry hangers that room stewards have produced for me, I guess. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but I’ve always been able to get them pretty quickly.
  10. No need to bring any hangers, including wire ones. I always ask the room steward for more hangers & they usually produce loads of wire hangers (from the laundry I think).
  11. Must depend on the cabin you are in. It wasn’t in the desk in our cabin on Pursuit.
  12. Never had a mini fridge in the desk on Azamara. It’s usually been in a corner cupboard next to the wardrobe.
  13. Here’s a screenshot of the relevant webpage at https://www.azamara.co.uk/our-ships/staterooms/club-balcony-plus-stateroom
  14. Just a thought, and probably won’t help, but have you tried clearing your cache just in case somethings got ‘stuck’.
  15. I don’t know personally, but others here have posted that you can do so once aboard.
  16. From previous postings here, people have been able to do that in the past. It shouldn’t be a problem as long as you’re cancelling excursions outside the appropriate cancellation period ( generally 48 hours before, except for overnight tours).
  17. Mine was taken on my IPad, not a computer. I just went into my Voyage Planner on my phone. At first there was a box superimposed over the opening page which told me how much OBC I had left, but it disappeared before I could get a screen shot of it & I couldn’t get it back.
  18. Here’s a screen shot of my Voyage Planner so you can see where it shows up
  19. We’ve had ‘Jazz Brunches’ on sea days on several cruises.’

    OBC?

If you buy one of the essentials packages the OBC that is part of that is for shore excursions only.
  21. I see the article talks about it being an ‘adults-only’ cruise, so is it a charter?
  22. Reasonably easy to find machines, laundry room includes 2 irons & ironing boards - Azamara ask you not to bring your own iron onboard. No need to bring an adapter as there are US outlets. I always take a 4 USB adapter though.
  23. Seemed to be a very fair review - basically saying no real issues, but lots of new crew still learning!
  24. It is in the UK Booking Conditions “Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist you, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such request. For guests wishing to make a significant amendment to their booking outside of 90 days from departure, such as changing the ship or sail date, note that a booking transfer fee is applicable. Please note that any amendments for hotels, transfers and flights may result in the loss of the amount that was collected at the time of booking for these additional components. The transfer fee is £75 per guest which is limited to the first two guests on a booking, therefore any additional guests will not be charged as well”
