I do agree a guest would have to call for DMW help to book a table for six. It would be okay to pay for all, but the refund will be on board credit to cabin and not back to form of payment.

Did you try 6? You are going to need a 6-top anyway. Oops, I suppose you do not have a phantom 6th person to add. I would not book a 2 and a 3 - doesn't make sense and blocks 2 tables for no reason. Book for 4 and go to the restaurant very soon after boarding and explain situation and they can likely (hopefully?) find another table.

I do want to try out the new Sun class at an early convenience (not booked yet) and am not sure about trying X after many many years. But I am curious how X can provide you a "sunset" balcony when the direction of the setting sun may not be off your balcony.

Don't even think about buying a standalone beverage package. Terrible value. Either buy the cruise fare package or go Standard. If you wait to buy Plus/Premier fare package on board, you can use any OBC to pay part of the cost. And, if you insure your trips, you save insurance on the package cost since you don't buy it until on the ship. Also, consider if you are booking with a discounting TA as you can pay less than $60/$80 if book in advance.

I agree - NO one should post a new chart without documenting the change and a note to why/what. Okay, so if that is the way with CD's, then let's remove those gone from a ship on leave and it can be put in the notes below, perhaps even a list of CD's on leave or unknown as to which ship. The Captain's and DRO's generally do swap in and out - unless assigned a different ship periodically.

Actually, you do. You should keep all records of GC numbers and PINs until AFTER you have sailed in case either you or PCL cancels as the refunds go back onto those GCs.

Do not use the "feature" to add a cruise. Your booked voyages show up automatically after a day or so from booking (IDK - could be faster now). If not there, likely some data corruption issue.

It does appear there are and can be restrictions. I am positive I have seen such restrictions on some of our voyages, but cannot recall specifics. Best to ask first if nothing has been posted.

Just get the cruise fare Plus package and don't even think about standalone packages as thry will cost you more. Also, your 12 yr old can expand horizon beyond simple sodas with their version of Plus fare which will be the Zero Alcohol pkg for the beverage portion.

Surprised with your experience on Princess not recognizing Bx is regular Balcony category and Dx is the Deluxe. Princess uses Premium for mid-ship, aft, and large balconies like Caribe deck on pre-Royal class.

May as well report the new on board pricing you see for SD as well. BTW, I don't recall anyone reporting if there is new pricing for SD bookings in DMW app.
