I would have thought so if ordering room service, as the medallion will find your guests wherever they are. However we didn’t put it to the test on our recent Sky Suite on Sky. The dining table only seats 4 though. If not your SEM should be able to organise for you, as a one off. Otherwise just order for all of you off the TV. Have a great trip, you will love it.

Sky has just come out of dry dock and Catch by Rudi has taken over the space previously occupied by Bistro Sur Le Mare, so I’m hoping that the Suite breakfast will take place in Sabatini’s as before.

Interested to know what time you were able to find bar seats?

Thanks Jimmy, but we are not bothered about those extras, just interested if you have $12 limit or $15 limit for drinks if you purchased before the changes, as per the original post.

Can anybody off a recent cruise confirm what happened?

I think us in the UK are subsidising these odd prices. I have just been quoted over £4000 for a mini suite for 3 people on the same sailing! Hope they honour it for you.

We will see you on board, but we start a week earlier from Athens - 16 nights back to Southampton with a stop in Barcelona to pick you up. We have booked a Penthouse Suite Guarantee and are very excited to try this new ship.

Your choice I know, but be aware that Iona has 900 more passengers on the same footprint, so will be more crowded in the public areas. Also their drink package is awful. Have a fab cruise on Iona, she certainly looks beautiful and let us know how it compares to Princess.

We have also booked a Penthouse Suite, but on a different sailing to you. Love the look of the ship and its design. We too are interested to see what the menus will be like in the Signature Restaurant. We only have one sailing under our belt with Princess - had one of Sky Suites and obviously had a fabulous time. However we were very underwhelmed with the Club Class dining in the main restaurant, so hope it is better than this. Will be reading all the reviews with great interest when she sails next year.

It’s a great shame that UK passengers cannot participate in the bidding process. We could with Celebrity, but not Princess. Seems a bit unfair to me as our chances of an upgrade must be diminished. Are there any UK cruisers that have received an upgrade the old fashioned way? Loved the anticipation of the bidding process with Celebrity, even though we were unsuccessful!

We found the spa extremely expensive compared to UK prices. Our sailing last year was from Southampton, so a large percentage of the passengers were from the UK. The spa was very underused, with the staff standing around most of the day trying to entice customers. We pay about $65 for a 60min deep tissue massage locally.

The Suite Breakfast in Sabatinis was fantastic in July. Best we have had at sea. Didn’t miss a day, even when we got to bed at 2.00 am!

Thanks for clarifying. Don’t think it is worth paying any more. We will just get to the theatre very early.

Sorry The Premier package

I’m confused now too. We booked our cruise for June in November 2022 and have booked the Premier Plus Package. Does this mean that we won’t get the enhanced benefits, that they are now selling. Seems a bit mean, if you’ve booked early. It says 75/80 beside our beverage package element, lists the photo package, 4 internet devices etc, but does not list the desserts etc. We are in the UK if that makes any difference. Not sure when these new enhancements first came into effect. We will enjoy either way, just curious.

We were in a Sky Suite in July on The Enchanted and were never disturbed. I guess if you had any of your doors open, you would hear the pool deck. Enjoy, the Sky Suite, it is an amazing experience.

We won $250 and quite a few entries into the raffle. Had to be spent on board though, but we had already spent a fair bit, so it was deducted from our final bill.

Does anybody have a picture of an S4 Penthouse Suite set up as a twin. All the YouTube videos seem to show them made up as doubles.

April was amazing on our cruise in July. She was like a Fairy Godmother sorting out everything for us. The Sky Suite is amazing. We got it at a very good price due to the itinerary changes on The Enchanted due to her Baltic cruises being cancelled due to Putin. I don’t think we will be able to do it again as the regular price is too high, but we will have the memories for ever. April made it very, very special.

Unfortunately they were not holding The Chefs Table on our recent sailing (22 July to 5 August) on Enchanted due to staff shortages. Disappointed, but had a great time anyway.

It was standing room only for the production shows on our cruise. It was a 2 week sailing and I was puzzled why there were not repeated, giving everybody a chance to see them. Great shows though!

It was incredible. The Sky Suite was amazing, very comfortable and what an fabulous balcony. You will love it. The storage was a little limited, but Sky Princess has a different layout to Enchanted, with much more drawers etc. Loved the location of the Suite, right by the lifts and always got into an empty lift. Loved our breakfasts at Sabatinis, best we have ever had on a cruise ship. We enjoyed both the Balcony Breakfast and the Balcony dinner, although we had to have the latter inside due to the weather. The thing which made our cruise the best ever was April, our SEM. Nothing was too much trouble and she surprised us on numerous occasions with unexpected treats. She was incredible. We had no noise from the pool deck, nor Movies under the Stars. We had a few problems with the wine availability on the Premier package, but April waived her magic wand and made sure that we had our favourites at dinner every evening. The entertainment, crew and food were really good. We can’t wait to book another when funds allow. You will have an incredible time.
