We were in a RS on Equinox in April. Shoreside Concierge contacted us about 10 days before the cruise. We already had booked Murano one night and they credited the cost to us. When we were on board the second day we asked our Retreat Host to get us reservations in Murano and Tuscan. He came back stating that they could not accommodate us at the time we wanted and had to go later. We ate most lunches at Sushi on 5 which is excellent! We never needed a reservation. Do not forget you also get free gelato! We also received monogrammed Pajamas. Enjoy!

We stayed at Riverside Hotel in March. On their website they have a facility they are associated with that gives results in 2 hours. They are open Saturdays. Also, I looked on Google and found that tests are given daily (including Sundays) at Broward Courthouse at 629 1st Avenue which is a 17 minute walk. The nearest drugstore we found was CVS and it was a walk and had to cross two very busy highways. Bonnie we just brought the proctored tests with us and did them there.

We have never had Shoreside Concierge contact us if we are staying in any suite below a RS. Even in the RS on Equinox they did not provide us with a coffee maker.

We have sailed on Celebrity 6 times. I have been on Equinox 6 times. Two more cruises booked on Equinox. Someday I will expand my horizons….

Michaels Club was also completely redone to now be called The Retreat.

What if what you order is not included in the package? The Classic Nonalcoholic Package includes Premium Coffee but not Specialty Coffee. Also specialty water, Red Bull, etc. is all under $9 but not included in package. What is difference between premium and specialty coffee?

We were on Equinox in April and I have to eat gluten free. Personally, I do not think they bend over backwards(or any way) in accommodating what I would like the next day based on the menu. It’s always no we cant do it. But, we were in Murano for our second dinner that cruise and asked for same waiter as we really liked him. When it came time for dessert I was going to have sorbet as I already had soufflé first visit. The waiter said, no , he, knew we were coming back for dinner and had been thinking of a special dessert for me. He made it tableside and he was so proud of himself and it was delicious. The next day I saw him around the ship and he was still talking about my dessert! Even if the dessert had been horrible I would have eaten it with a smile on my face because he was just so happy!

The Retreat is only for Retreat guests. They will know as they talk to you and learn names. Also, it’s rather rude to go in there when you have not paid for it!

Just curious as to why disembarking in Vancouver at end of 1 st cruise and embarking in Victoria the next day satisfies the requirements. Thanks for explaining

Nowadays you need to do everything way in advance. My passport did not expire until 3/23. I have a cruise in October that would put me shy of the 6 months needed on it. I renewed in May, paid the extra $60 for expediting as I need not to be stressed and had it back in 2 weeks.

We renewed Nexus in 2021 and did not need interviews. My husbands was even expired. Maybe because we are in the states? I believe it only took a few weeks.

The bid takes into consideration the room you are currently in. So someone in a SS would have to pay more for a minimum bid than someone in a higher level suite.

We were in a RS on Equinox in March. We asked our PRH to make reservations at Murano and Tuscan and gave him a few time frames. He cam back and told us nothing was available until end of night. We went by Murano in early evening and it was not busy!

You must have had the same PRH we had in March!

I think you need to go back to St. Maarten and drive around the 37 mile square beautiful island! We are there for 3 weeks every January and it is one of the most beautiful islands I have been to!
